Duplicated Git history when using Jetbrains IDEA (other JB editors possibly affected)
After installing Jetbrains Toolbox from
ujust setup-jetbrains-toolbox, and installing IDEA, there's two IDEAs in the Toolbox list, both of which "link" to the same one. Also when having any project with GIt open, it will detect another local branch within the same project, duplicating all commits of your actual branch.
The first branch is at /(project path), and the next branch is at /var/(project path)....
Hori charge station fox xbox controllers not working
Hello. I just switched from W11 to bazzite and everything is fine or almost....
My Xbox gamepad charge station is not working.
I see it when doing a lsusb in the terminal (Bus 001 Device 013: ID 0f0d:015b Hori Co., Ltd Solo Charge Station
) but when I put my gamepad on it it blinks for a second and does not charge it.
I didn't find an answer with the standard Google search....
error must load the kernal first. Looks like a common error
I did my own research first looking for the common work arounds. And for my issue its weird because its not booting into bazzite after disabling secure boot. I just get this. I need help please.
Disk only has 2.98MB despite resetting Windows - ROG Ally
Hey there! Trying to install Bazzite on my ROG Ally and despite resetting Windows before going into this menu, I only have 2.98MB remaining on the disk, despite the usual 500. Apologies if this is a dumb question but I can't find documentation of this anywhere. Thanks!
Non-Steam Games Using llvmpipe Instead of Nvidia GPU
When I run Non-Steam games using Proton, no matter what version, it doesn't detect my RTX 2070 Super at all and throws me errors about llvmpipe not supported, which is just software rendering. But when I run them directly through the terminal like this for example:

ProtonTricks Fails with Cyberpunk 2077?
Hello, I'm trying to sety up cyberpunk for modding. However, when selecting it in protontricks, i get this error, and thus can't set up things in it's prefix etc. Can someone assist me? I'm not sure what to do.

This is solved by forcing a steam play compatibility mode in steam.. apparently.
Fatal error while installing bazzite
I’m new to Linux/bazzite. I’m installing bazzite on a separate disk from my main windows disk. I’ve tried 3 times to install bazzite but it’s hangs on a flatpack error and have no idea what that is or what it does.
