Error message spam in terminal upon opening and every command executed (libextest.so)
Whenever I open a terminal window, before it outputs the "Welcome to bazzite" message it outputs
ERROR: ld.so: object '/usr/lib/extest/libextest.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded (wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32): ignored. almost 40 times, then it outputs it three more times, then it outputs it at least one or two more times every time I input any command. Needless to say, this is pretty annoying. This is on a fresh install of bazzite, and was my first time opening a terminal window. I have...Solution:
As discussed here, the cause was opening the terminal from a file browser window opened by steam (from "browser game files" option in game properties). Completely closing the terminal process resolves the issue, assuming it is not reopened from a similar file browser window.
Some games give me an error about needing a D3D11 GPU?
When I try to launch some games, for example "Automate It", I am presented with this error.
automount issue in bazzite (KDE non deck version)
everytime i restart my pc it doesn't mount my other drives (i have a 120gb SSD with windows and a 2TB HDD with games)
i have checked the device settings and everything's the way it's supposed to be, and yet it still happens....
