It comes under 1,3 dicarbonyl compounds participating in haloform reactions. (Adv topic form what My sir said.) Give Me an idea or a solution how to solve further ( alcohols phenols and ethers)

capacitors quick doubt
I have a lil doubt in capacitors - spherical capacitors specifically. If the outer spherical conductor is not grounded, do we have to solve for it by taking two capacitors? I'm talking bout solvin for the effective capacitance.
By taking two capacitors I mean considering 2 capacitors, one is the spherical one with capacitance 4pie0ba/(b-a) and the other is an isolated spherical capacitor from the outer one to infinity, i.e., 4pie0b... And them both in parallel.
I'm guessing so because some charge will develop on the outer sphere which won't cancel out.
If this is not correct, then could you please explain how the field outside cancels out?...
alcohols 3
only rxn i know with chromium compound is the one with jones reagent, what will happen in this case

alcohols 2
when we do rxn with k2cr2o7, we make 2 degree to aldehyde. but why should we remove the co2h?
