Hacked account

My phone was hacked and I am willing to provide all the details to pubg mobile but my claim from account recovery tool doesnt get claimed. they tell me to claim it from regular device, since i shared my account with two of my friends and I tried with their device too but it doesnt get claimed and I tried emailing pubgmobile support team to atleast tell me which is the regular device but they failed to help me on that. When someone sends a gift the other player rejects it ! Why it never come back to your account ?

i know it's your policy that gifts and other things that is send or rejected it is not refundable or kind of it. What i mean is please change this policy if someone rejects the gifts and stuff send it automatically to it's orignal player. Kind regards

10 Years Ban - For No Reason

Hello @pubgmobile , I am writing to appeal the recent 10-year ban placed on my account (UID: [51209684285]). The reason given was "use of third-party apps," but I can confidently state that I have never used any kind of cheat, modification tool, emulator (other than official GameLoop), or unauthorized third-party application with PUBG Mobile. I have always played fairly and respected the rules of the game. I believe this ban may be a result of either a misunderstanding or a false detection by the anti-cheat system. It's also possible that I unknowingly played with someone using cheats in random matchmaking, but I had no control or knowledge of their behavior....

Hello, there is an pubg tournament going on. It is point based.. every kill is 1 point and every win is 25 points. There is a maximum of 3 games. The rule is play unranked or ranked Solo only any map. Currently in the leaderboard the first person has 173 kills which is around 33 kills each game. Is that even possible to get that many games or is he cheating. If possible could show a ss of more than 30 kills....
