Idex fans wont shut up . Part Fan and Toolhead Fan on full
What is up with the fans? Just got my Idex v-cove 4 500 up and running and the fans are so loud and stay at 100%. Why are the tool head fans even going by defaults when the heaters aren’t even on?
I am using the default fans that came with the system. The only thing I did differently from the walkthrough guide is follow the instructions on os.ratrig.com/docs/guides/4028. because someone commented that this was assumed setup with rat os v2.1. so i have T0 pwm plugged into what bigtreetech shows as J50 - and which appears to be mapped to PA8 which has given me control of T0 part fan. but i didn’t know what to do with T1 pwm part fan. so i plugged into J51 - but dont know how to enable/use that pin in the config file. ...

Solution:
Connect them down to the toolboards. Set it up correctly and they'll quiet down. It may be loud while you troubleshoot. The guide should help you find the right pin names; it doesn't sound like you are doing a strange setup. Without the pwm pins connected and getting a proper signal they will run at 100%

Octopus F446 stop working after flashing in RatOS configurator
I decided to replace my raspberry pi with another raspberry pi 4 and do configuration process all over again. I selected Octopus F446 as my mainboard and configurater said that there were difference in klipper version on me pi and mcu, so I kicked flash mcu. After that configurater stoped seeing my mcu. And auto-flash option became unavailable, so I first try DFU mode flashing, I was able to put my mcu into DFU mode bottom "Flash" became avaliable (I did remove pin from BOOT0 as instructed), but...
Raspberrypi cam module 3 help.
Hello. Im having trouble setting camera to work and maybe here some can spot what is wrong with my settings.
Have tested different settings in /boot/config.txt with autodetect camera & start_x and cowsnest log is different and also vcgencmd and libcamera-hello reports change but nothing gives me video feed.
If some one spots whats wrong , that would be awesome!

Ok... I did everything again from scratch, uninstall, reinstall, test different config in config.txt and device in crowsnest.conf , check logs over and over. Only log output change between these what i posted before.... No video output.
But as daddy has always said "check your raspi-config's kids... check your raspi-config's"
After "raspi-config - disable legacy camera support" , witch I was sure I did before, it works. I leave this here if someone else is struggles with this....
IDEX Commissioning - Endstop calibration problem?
the values and the settings (including the calculation) work great for T0... if I go through the whole thing with T1, I can no longer home because the values are outside the valid range.
I suspect that the positioning is being read out incorrectly.
On the screenshots, the upper numbers in the [ ] at T1 are very different from the lower number, at T0 everything fits. Could this be the problem? And how could this be fixed?...

Visual calibration tab didn't show image from VAOC camera
I installed everything as shown in the commission guide, but the visual calibration tab does not show the camera image, (but the gantry moves when drag the cursor). Also, the camera works fine on the webcam tab, when I set adaptive mjpeg in the service interface settings, I tried to change this option to others from the list in the settings interface, but this did not change anything in VAOC.

4028 fan spinning at 100% all the time
I have just completed my v core 4 hybrid build and I am having some trouble with my part cooling fan, it’s only going at 100% even when I change the slider in mainsail and during prints

Octopus v1.1 not detecting
I keep trying to install klipper on my big tree tech octopus V1.1. I keep getting the same issue of the board, not detecting. I’ve tried a couple cables. I put it in DFU mode and it still won’t detect it. Any help would be very appreciated.
Issue with X endstop
Howdy folks. I just finished building my VC500 and started the commissioning guide last evening and am at a standstill at first step running BEACON_RATOS_CALIBRATE. I get "Endstop x still triggered after retract" everytime I try it, or even trying to just Home. I have checked the cable wiring guide 17 times and swapped out the endstop sensor to no avail. This pic is how my enstop is wired. This is what the configurator put in the printer.cfg for X : [stepper_x]

V-Minion PID Fail
Print failed and it was suggested I try a PID which failed. The first pic is the printer running and error message popping up saying head heater not responding as expected. You have to start somewhere so took the printer to bits and changed the head heater element. Bought one that has a connector near the end so easy to change next time and bought a spare. Reassembled everything and still the same. Checked everything but all seemed correct. Then I spotted it .. The little temp sensor was pushed...
Extruder Temp Reading Very High
I recently installed a new Phaetus Rapido 2 extruder and am getting readings that my temp is extremely high. Not exactly sure what's going on here, but I put the cables in the same ports as usual. Any ideas?
