Trouble with printer.cfg after IS calibration
Hey folks. I did the IS calibration as told in ther comissioning guide, but after I added the code in the user.override section, klipper just reports an error upon every startup. If I remove everything from the section ittl work, but once I add event he code thats been in there before it wont. Screenshot and cfg file attached. Thanks for every little help.
z-tilt problem
hi i have a 500 v core. printing perfect until january. Yesterday i updated the machine. without problems.
When i restarted the machine. i start the problem with z-tilt.
looking for a solution in the discord, i found, that the problem can be a mechanical problem. i check all the extruder, but all is fixed and tight.

New VCore, Klippy isn't connecting
I've got a brand new build. It's a 400, octopus 1.1, ebb42. Following the instructions, I have flashed the octopus and the ebb42, I've wired everything except the bed. I've run the macro to copy the vcore printer.cfg over, and I've edited it accordingly, including telling it about the ebb42. When I save and restart I get the message in the image, saying that Klippy is attempting to connect and to try again in a few moments, but nothing ever happens. Solution:
I think I was being an idiot. I had disconnected the power to the toolboard for something and didn't connect it back. Once I did that I got an error that said that the toolboard was behind so I flashed it again. Now I'm getting a different error.
Moonraker can't connect to Klipper!

Problem with Beacon RevD after upgrading to ratOS 2.0.2
I upgraded RATOS to 2.0.2 from version 1.0xxx I have been running a Beacon RevD probe for around 6 months with no issue.
All went fine with the upgrade - they appear to have streamlined and intergrated the beacon setup .
my issue is that the z probe always shows as triggered, when I know it's not. If I manually trigger it the indicator light comes on as expected.

Solution:
Well it turned out that I was an dumb idiot, - I ignored the instruction in printer.cfg that simply said " just connect it and run BEACON_CALIBRATE" - I was afraid to do the Beacon_Calibrate before checking it's operation to make sure I did not crash the head into the bed, run the macro and like magic all worked. - Sorry to waste anyones time!
extruder not heating correctly "verify_heater" issue where it sits at 150 C
Hi All, I'm having an issue trying to set up my extruder. I get the issue shown in the first image, other people have had the issue but with slightly different solutions.
I see others have had a thermistor/sensor setup issue in their config files, however i didn't have the sensor heading in my config file, it looked like what is shown in the second image. with nozzle diameter dir_pin, control, pid_kp etc.
After seeing other peoples config setups that included sensor type etc. I went and found the rapido (my hotend) .cfg file, which had all the info I was missing and copied the info from this (see third image) and added it into my config file where all the dir_pin, control, pid_kp etc. was that other people didn't have....

Belt issues
So I have two issues going on with my upper belt that I am going to replace. The first is I am getting some rubbing on the top of the belt near the motor/idler near the motor that I believe is rubbing on the idler as I have already adjusted the pulley on the motor. What are my options for trying to fix it other than disasembling the printer and trying to re-square the frame? Could I fit a space under the bearing stack to move it up?
