I set extruder to 225 and got the silicone cap off. Questions: 1) what is best way to remove solid filament blobs? 2) what happened/ how do I prevent this in future?...

extruder temp is reported wrong. phatus rapido uhf
I just did a 38h long print and now after cooldown to 23C my printer says that extruder temp is 51c. So i took the toolhead apart and hot-end is cool to touch. If i take it to my hand and let it warm up, reported temp increases as expected. So i took out my multimeter and check the residence: 102kOhm at 23C. If i look at the datasheet, it checks out. What can i do?
Z banding V Core 3.1 500mm
My printer was working fine till a month ago and now the issue of periodic z banding has become very evident.What should I try to do to fix It .Also would it make sense to shift to ball screws for Peace of mind as I have about 6 printers and I am expanding the setup with more vcore 3's

So today I was having serious issues keeping my first layer flat because the part was pretty large compared to usual. I had to baby the entire first layer and constantly step up and down as needed. The results were crap and then the second layer was also crap because of the inconsistent first layer. VC3 400 with EBB42 invalid adxl345 id (got ff vs e5)
Hi, after having solved almost all issues with my Vcore 400, I am stuck here. It is equipped with an Octopus V1.1 connected via USB to an EBB42. I have already tried different USB cables, but that didn't change anything. Did I forget something in the printer.cfg file?
No access to Mainsail interface since full Ratos Update this AM
I can access the pi via Putty. I have this issue on 3 different printers (glad I havent updated all printers at once.
I suspect a moonraker issue, so I stepped it back 3 steps via KIAUH No improvement....

started getting skips... so bumped up the temp a hair. Then slowed the print speed.
Finally pulled the stepper motor on the extruder and bench tested it .... ehhh fuzzy... doesn't 'seem' to be bad, but not right. ... Amazon the to the rescue...brand new LDO-36STH20-1004AHG(XH) , mounted.
