fan_part_cooling_pin' is not a valid pin name on mcu 'mcu'
Hi zusammen habe auf einen 4028 lüfter umgebaut, und alles nach anleitung gemacht nun bekomme ich den fehler in Ratos angezeigt: fan_part_cooling_pin' is not a valid pin name on mcu 'mcu'

Raspberry and mother board crashed
Today I was printing a calibration print, nothing special and I wanted to check how far along the print was and I couldn't connect to ratos through the web interface. When I checked the printer, the calibration print finished, raspberry pi and everything had power so there should be no reason for me not to be able to connect to it. So after a while I saw that ratos was hosting a wifi access point, just like at the beginning where you flash your motherboard and initialize your printer. So now I h...
Heated Bed doesn´t heat up
Hi, I've been working on my RatRig V-Core 3.1 for days and now I have the problem that the heated bed is not heating up. The temperature is displayed in RatOS and corresponds to room temperature. When I set 80 degrees, the red LED on the SSR lights up and there is 24V, but the bed does not heat up to the set temperature. The heated bed has a resistance of 48 ohms. What did I overlook? Regards
Heated Bed Failure
My VC3.1 500 has been running well and had been doing some large prints. Then suddenly, it began shutting down before the print when the heated bed is turned on. I checked all electrical connections and everything wiring wise is fine and the SSR is sending 120 to the heated bed. The printer goes into the shutdown failsafe quick enough that I cant feel a noticeable temperature on the bed, so I can't tell if it is a heater problem or thermistor problem. Any thoughts?
Solution:
Replacing the thermal fuse worked! The bed is now heating and got through a benchy without issues. Here's the fuse I ended up putting on it: 157C, 15A. https://amzn.to/3vhviez
X-Axis Gantry Alignment
Hello guys, i got problem with my X-Axis Gantry Alignment
The instruction says that the gaps must be as closed or equal as possible, from what I understand. My issue is that my left side (looking at the printer from the front) is closer than the right by approximately 1mm. I've tried adjusting the bolt tension screws, but it didn't help much. I think the frame isn't square, and I'm interested in the least complicated way to correct the frame to be square in this position. Thank you for your response, and have a pleasant day....

x stepper motor erratic behavior
I don't think what I type can do justice to the noise the x axis produces. I was previously using sensorless but it didn't work for me so I reverted to x endstop, then this problem appeared.
Reverted to default config and no change. has anyone ever experienced this?...
4028-LÜFTERS
Hi Zusammen,

Inability to maintain Hotend and bed temps VC3.1 500
My 3.1 500 runs fine for a good length of the print then randomly both the bed and hotend cant sustain temperatures despite rapidly increasing their PWM values. and the n i get an ADC error. Klippy log shows the increasing PWM and falling temps happen to both at the same time. Could this be a PSU failing?
Y homming fails
I have a 235/235 bed, but for the moment I can only use X 235 / Y 193.
I have attached the file printer.cfg where we can see that I have set the dimensions of the bed and the endstops positions.
I can do home on the x and z axes without problems, z tilt works without problems, but on the y axis I can't make it work in any way.
When I run the y home command, it randomly hits the endstopswitch as if it wants to go further as if it didn't exist, or the bed lowers a few millimeters and then gives me the error from the attached print screens.

Temperature drops cause Klipper to hault
Anyone ever had spurious drops of reported temps causing klipper to hault randomly in a print with a message about the hot end not heating as expected? Im running a Manta M8P with CB1 on a VCore 3.1 and from time to time this occurs. At first I thought it was my wiring but that doesn't really make sense as all the reported temps are dropping, not just the hotend. Maybe the link between the CB1 and the MCU is getting overloaded?

More troubles with a runout detector
Hi Gang
Im having trouble with my btt v 2.0 runout sensor. it triggers all the time.
here's what I have so far:...
Solution:
... and the answer is. I had not put the nut on the front of the runout sensor when i built it. D'oh! so, it wasn't working right. put the nut on, tightened everything, and it worked! mechanical problem, not electrical issue. Woot!
Communication loss to DS18B20
My printer just stopped because it lost communication with the DS18B20. The sensor is just used to check homogenity of chamber temperature, can the printer be configured to ignore the communication loss and carry on? If these sensors are that unreliable I am not comfortible to use them on the pi. Can they be attached to i.e. the octopus or an arduino nano? DS18_report_time: was default, so 3.
Z homing issue
i'm back 😦
when i try to Z home from klipper, the front left stepper goes downwards, while the right and rear goes upwards. If i dont emergency stop on time, the bed will fall off from the tilt angle. You'd think it's a motor with reversed wiring but when i select x and y homing, the bed will lower an inch with no problems. All 3 motors go down the same amount. Any suggestions?

need help with tachometer signal
i have connected an PROTECHNIC MGT4012WB-W28 PWM 40MM FAN to my vcore 3 an it works flawless with alittle issue that maybe occours in othrt setups as well till 50% fan speed the readings are normal but when i go higher the shown rpm are going down instead of up as shown in the pictures strange behavior.
pleasee help me with your knowledge....

Reverse bowden easy to push hard to pull
I’ve got an issue with my filament being really hard to pull at the extruder end but oddly it’s freely moving if I push it from the spool end?!
It runs from a dry box above my printer down through a BTT SFSv2.0 filament sensor and then into the electronics bay and up through the wire loom hole.
I use PTFE with 4mm OD and 2.5mm ID but I’ve tried larger and smaller IDs with no change. ...
Fully restarted after "START_PRINT"
Hi, I have a v-core 3.1 300mm with the standard kit configuration (no mods).
Recently, something weird happened.
I started a print; the probing and both heatings were fine.
