Retries aborting: Probed points range is increasing.

I am unable to do the Z-tilt homing. I get
Retries aborting: Probed points range is increasing.
After some number of tries, in the most recent case, after 5 probe tries. I've set the Z-offset, and all other homing works fine. What can I do to try to diagnose the cause?...

Bond tech LGX Lite clicking

having issues with my bondetch lgx lite clicking and hotend clogging since upgrading to EVA3, tried cleaning hot end cleaning gears of extruder, seems to load filament but then filament gets thinner and thinner out of nozzle before starting to click then nothing will get through. any suggestions? on a v minion if that helps no issues until ive sapped to eva3.

Lgx lite and rapido 2 constantly clogging.

After a print goes for a couple of hours sometimes 10 hours sometimes longer. there will be an clog and i have no idea why it happens.

Move out of range when performing Bed Mesh.

Running the new beacon rev H probe. tried adding position_min: -5.0 to [stepper_z] but no help. homing and beacon_calibrate working fine.

Probable jam

Had an issue today when trying to change filament rolls mid-print. Paused my printer and had it eject the spool that was almost out for my new one. Problem is, when I went to put the new one in, it wouldn't go through. I think it got stuck somewhere in the heat break, and nothing I've tried has yielded any results. Tried poking around with acupuncture needles, pushing through with another filament, cranked up my temp in hopes it would liquefy anything around the nozzle. Nothing works. Is it most...

XY-gantry (to) rigid

I have a nicely built RR VCore3.1-300. It could run a bit better however. Let me explain: If I mount the X-gantry to the Y-linear rails with the bolts slightly loose, the gantry (without the belts) runs super smooth to the front and the back. If I then tram the gantry to the frame and I tighten the screws and/or the bolts (connecting the XY-joiners to the Y-linear rails, see pic one and two) it almost feels like the carriages of the linear rails start to bind up. It feels like the Y-rails are slightly under an angle (see third pic, highly exaugurated). I did level out my whole printer and put a digital angle meter (protractor?) on it. I could find that the mounting plates have 0.1 degree variance to horizontal (this should not matter right? not taking into acount that a digital tool of 30 EUR can have this precision anyhow). I did try to correct this by loosening some frame bolts, rotating an tightening the 3030 extrusions again but this retightening brings back this same minor 0.1 degr. variation (on both the left and right side). ...

I am done

Hey, so I own v-core 3 (not 3.1) which I couldn't set up properly. It is 300³, skr-pro board with orbiter 1.5 and dragon HF. I cannot print more that 5 layers on it. According my small experiences first layer seems OK. But afterwards each layer it gets worse until the head bums the print away. I am using 0.4mm nozzle, set up completely new printer.cfg file, used external thermometer to prove the correct functionality of thermistor (PT1000), done pid tuning. Using superslicer with initial vcore profiles. Tried lowering and increasing temperatures, disabling fan. Nothing helped. I don't know what to do next. Thank for any helpful hand out there. PS: Should the direct head ooze this much? Using E3DV6 nozzle. When I am extruding it seems there is microdelay between filament coming out and sending the command....

Perpendicularity of four upper profiles

Hello. I have been printing for about a year, happily. Today I found/was reminded during a maintenance and upgrading, of my geometry of four upper profiles. Two opposite corners are perpendicular and the other two are not. I am wondering, if anybody has had a similar situation and if fixing the frame by tightening it while some profiles do not touch has worked? See pictures for hopefully understanding the issue... It is greatly exaggerated but hopefully the geometry principle will be clear.

Bed mesh not flat at all

Hi, im just checking my frame alignment but I really don't know what to do with it. I tried to rebolt all linear rail, but seems that X is a bit bent, or maybe I'm missing something. Thanks in advance...

Loud buzzing sound coming from toolhead

I am encountering a very loud metallic buzz coming from my toolhead but cannot find the cause or solution. It is happening during constant motion and not direction changes so not related to acceleration. It does not appear to be a resonance issue in my opinion because it is the same frequency of sound coming from motion in both x and y direction and after changing the mass of the toolhead (switched from BLTouch to Klicky and even tested with partially disassembled toolhead). Input shaping also has not corrected this problem. ...

4028 running at 100% at 1-100

So I just upgraded my bearings to ceramic, while doing those i also updated to the new toolhead beta2. I left my 4028 fan plugged in and did nothing to firmware, but now my fan only runs at 100 %. It is wired as said in ratrig using the bed heater as ground and i have the added fan part in user overrides to use pin PA3 for the heater, the blue wire back to ground on the original part cooling fan pin, and the positive to a always on pin. This is how it was before upgrade and worked fine, no ide...

Bed coming closer when doing probe_calibrate

Hey everyone, I'm currently at my wits end. When ever I do a probe_calibrate I see the Z getting smaller and smaller. I'm uncertain what the problem could be. At first I thought it was my motors or a connection / screw somewhere that was loose but I checked that. I dont think it is binding because the bed is "overshooting" its target, because it is moving closer to the nozzle not further away. I'll design and print a dial gauge holder and clamp that to the X Extrusion and move the bed manually when I get the chance this weekend to see if its my motion system or the probe. Maybe one of you has another tip in the mean time what I should or could check. I am using a 3DTouch probe on a 500by500 V-Core3.0 Probe was used on 250,250....

Orbiter v2 filament sensor on EBB36

I installed an ebb36 and I am facing the following problem, I have an Orbiter v2 extruder with a filament sensor and I can't figure out if I can connect the filament sensor directly to the ebb36 or do I have to run wires to the Octopus board?

Internal Error on "G4"

Looking for some assistance on below. I have an Orbiter 2.0 (on a RR3.1-300) with the orbiter filament runout sensor. I have installed, and are running the macro's that go allong with that. It has been working flawlessly for months but now, Since a couple of weeks I get an error. When I run out of filament, the toolhead is parked in the back and any remaining filament is pushed out the back/up as normal and than it awaits the user (me) to add filament. When the filament is grabbed by the Orbiter, I get an error on screen stating: "Internal Error on command: "G4" " I then need to do a firmware restart but lost the print. The part of the klippy.log (attached) also shows me another error: FILAMENT_LOAD Not sure what is going on. I did not alter any of the Macro's. Any help would be appreciated....

Fan problems

Hello guys on my Ratrig v core 3 500 build. The fans don't seem to work. Could anybody help me with the code to make the fans work.

are

Newly created 400x400 here. i just printed a calibration cube. First layer is perfect, no trouble there. What im experiencing though is the sides of the cube are slanted. its not a 90 degree angle. maybe 89 degrees. its quite noticable. If i take a square along the side "Y" side or the "X" side, I can see its not square. What can i adjust? ideas? I've done a belt tensioning...and after adjustment, my mesh shows i'm now within .18... suggestions?...
