Diagonally out of bounds...

Hi I am trying to print something small in the middle of my print Vcore3 400mm. The bed gets probed normally and the filament line is drawn on the bed but then the print head moves off diagonaly until it is out of bounds. In the Gcode Viewer, the print appears normal, in the centre of the bed? what could be going wrong? thanks

Y axis vibration. is it NORMAL?

So i am trying to reduce the y axis vibration and achive more accelerations. I have taken apart everrything and relubed the rails but they still doesnt seem right . I have attached a video of the same. does the sound seem weird?...

4028 does not turn off at 0% even with enable_pin

Part cooling fan 4028 Sanyo keeps spinning at low rpm at 0% even after wiring gnd to HE3 and setting enable pin to PB11. I have found out that when the pwm pin is revered with exclamation mark, fan is off at 0% as it should, although logic is reversed. Do you have any idea what in the config could cause this?

Rapido hotend not going below 179 degrees

Hi, have built a ratrig V core 3.1 with a rapido uhf and an octopus 1.1. As soon as klipper starts the hotend temperature goes up to 179 degrees, although "State" says the heater is off and "Target" is set to 0. and when I set the temperature to 200 degrees, it bounces around between 200- 230 degrees, and "state" jumps between 0 and 100% nothing else. Does anyone know what the error could be.

BIQU Microprobe

Hello, I have bought a BIQU Microprobe to replace my BLTouch but when i connect it my MCU makes a Beeping sound and it makes a error. It woks fine with the BLTouch and i use the same brand new cable for both? Any ideas?...

Delta 4 pin fan not working

I have been attempting to get my Delta FFB0412UHN-SM36 supplied by ratrig to work. I have extended the fan following the pinout for my board (SKRat V1.0) and the fan does not spin. When I remove the PWM wire, or change its location, the fan spins up to 100% with no control. I have verified my connections between the fan, the extension, the extension and the board side JST plug, and everything has continuity. Any ideas?

Klicky probe

Hello , im trying to make klicky probe working. I've uncommented the klicky.cfg in the printer config file. And commented out everything related to BL touch i was using previously. But i'm getting such an error : Option 'control_pin' in section 'bltouch' must be specified . Any ideas?...

Stepper skipping noise during primeblob

I have attached a video of the start sequence of my print. I am not actually sure if this is stepper skipping or not but as soon as the Z starts to increase during the purge blob I hear the same skipping / creaking noise. I don't believe it is coming from the extruder but actually sounds like it may be the front top left of the printer. I was wondering if this is a common issue and maybe I am missing something obvious.

MCU Shutdown Error occasionally when heightmap probing

Only happens when doing the heightmap when starting a print, and only sometimes. I've tried a backup pi4 I have, tried a different sd card, have a separate PSU connected to it for 5v. Still have the same problem. Using it with a spider v2.3 controller board. Added the log I have for the last time it happened. I don't restart the rpi I just do the firmware restart on the controller board and then it goes fine. I've done 10+ hour prints without getting this error, just when it does the heightmapping and only sometimes. ```...

Moonraker Warning: Wrong path (configurator)

Non-ratrig endstop help

5160QHV issue on Klipper / BTT Octopus 1.1

PT1000 thermistor EBB42

Not able to boot into RatOS using an Octopus 1.1/EBB42 1.2, have a PT1000 connected to the toolboard and getting ADC out of range errors on the heating. Added the following into my printer overrides, and put the jumper on the PT1000 pins on the EBB42 for TH0. I've tried this code with and without the sensor_pin line commented and it doesn't seem to make a difference, wondering if I might have a broken thermistor or if there could be a different problem. #PT1000...

octopus 1.1 usb over serial canbus "Option 'serial' is not valid in section 'mcu'

I'm building a ratrig 400. I'm having an octopus v1.1 with an EBB36 v1.2 toolboard. I'm running the system with the BTT PAD 7 with a CB1 as control board, so no rpi. To minimise the cables I decided to use the octopus in usb over serial mode. (I read the docs and I know it is prefered to use the toolhead via usb) I have configured the canbus uuid in the printer.cfg section, but Klipper is stil complaining about "Option 'serial' is not valid in section mcu" ....

Extruder Stepper getting hot at iddle and vibrates

Hello everyone, Just got back to work after a month and found most of 3d printer farms broken by my lovely colleagues lol. The vcore 500 has one belt broken and has been replaced by me yesterday. Anyway, I was about to do some calibration when I found the extruder stepper vibrating (Bondtech LGX lite - RR kit), I dismantle the stepper and found it to be very hot after 5/10min which makes me think about short ? or the stepper driver failure ? Once I press extrude, it vibrates (like wrong polarity)....

v-minion - rattling noise

Hi! I could not figure out what is the source of this horrible rattling noise. I was thinking it is a fan shroud (was not flush with back plate), reprinted and reassembled the whole EVA - but it is still there. It feels it might be a X rail. Printer is second hand, so I don't know what is the rail quality and what happened before, but rails are RR stock ones I think. ...
