Idle 4028 part cooling fan
Hello! I'm back with another question on my setup (now that I have a brand-new-and-working ebb42 :D)
I'm using a 4028 fan for part cooling.
Problem is: 4028 fan is not starting with M106 255 gcode command. It moves a mm but that's it. And no reading on the tachymeter either....
Layer shifting
Hello guys, I'm getting a layer shifting issue. I got that with stock belts ( they were not straight in some places) , then I cut them a bit where they were curved, it became better, but still, if i was increasing speed layer shifting occurred. Now I've replaced belts with expensive gates one. Printer become quieter but still if im trying to print at higher speed - i'm getting issues, you can see in the attached photos. So maybe some one have ideas on this topic ?
Octopus 1.1 - connection problem
Hello. I have a problem with Octopus 1.1. The board is new. I am unable to connect it to either an RPi or a computer (Windows doesn't detect it in any way). After powering it on, 3 LEDs light up. Uploading firmware works (it changes from BIN to CUR). I also tried connecting it via UART.
Is there anything else I can try to do, or is it likely to have a factory defect?...
After recent maintenance and upgrade, I am getting "move out of range" errors
Hi all.
Recently upgraded to a Bondtech LGX and BambuLabs 0.6mm hot end. We took the opportunity and also replaced the BL Touch for a BIQU microprobe. The probe now sits a bit further away from the nozzle than the BL would.I assume this may have something to do with this error that now pops up whenever the printer is creating a bed mesh without using the built in "PAM" method.
What do I need to change in the printer.cfg file to compensate?...
Poor bed adhesion
Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with getting my ASA prints to stick to the bed with my v-core 3.1 (no enclosure). I’m using the included magnetic build plate and i have tried adding hairspray to no luck. I have cleaned the bed with isopropyl yet my prints doesn’t want to stick to it. I get 10-15 layers in and it pops off. The photo is for reference as how the parts I’m trying to print look, to me there should be a good enough surface area for the print to stick.
I’m using the 3DO black ASA sourced from ratrig, the hotend is printing at 250c and the bed is at 105c. Any tips?...
v-core 3 suddenly stopped working
I have a ratrig vcore 3.1 200 that just suddenly stopped working. When I turn it on, it starts up as normal, but I can't log on to the interface at all. I've tried to hard restart it, but that doesn't work. Is there an easy fix, or will I have to reinstall klipper? Has my pi killed itself? What's going on?
IS not working or what's causing the ringing?
I've been at this for days now and just can't figure it out. What ever I do I just can't get rid of the ringing.
These four parts are printed with exactly the same settings beside external perimeter speed which is 80, 180, 190 & 200mm/sec.
I was trying lower speeds when someone said the steppers worked best in the 180-200 range, hence the big gap in speed.

Solved: P&F inductive probe always triggered
I am using an octopus pro 446 and wired the probe according to the diagram but it won't change states. What can I try to debug it?
