Strange heating behavior

I'm having a strange heatup pattern on my printer. You can see the dip is a thermal runaway. PID autotuning results in thermal runaway too. My printer is all self source and my bed is self made so I have a cross drill into the center of the bed so the thermistor gets a reading of the actual bed plate temp. Not sure why it gets stuck at 85 but as soon as you reset and keep heating it follows about the same tangent of the first line. Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing this behavior?...

Keep getting MCU error with Goliath hotend attached.

Updated everything. Now none of my usbs work

I've held off updating stuff since my printer was working well in the software/firmware department. I have no projects to do and all my stuff for work is finished. I decided to update everything. I don't know what version I was on before or any of the components. I just selected update all in the web UI and left it alone. Everything updated great. No errors, everything seemed good until I noticed my usb ports on my manta m8p are not working. I currently can't use my adxl or my Webcams. My printer works fine though. Just I can't see what I'm printing. When my usb Webcams are plugged in, green lights come on. I get nothing. Even if I plug in a usb led light (used for testing usb power), I get nothing. There is no power at all coming from my usbs. The Webcams worked fine before updating everything. I printed something this morning and I was able to see it....

Mesh levelling stopping about halfway through G29

My BLTouch seems to be working, homes fine, but it can't complete a G29 mesh. It stops with the warning g29 Error: Probe already triggered before probing move started. If I immediately run G29 again, it starts fine but stops again usually at the same point about halfway through the mesh.. Any ideas?...

belt shifting

Ok..I have a odd issue that doesn't make any sense. I did a print almost 2 weeks ago and shut the printer off until a day or 2 ago. I started having odd things happening early on in prints. Long story short, the lower belt in the back left hand side was starting to ride up into the other, but ONLY when the print head is moving towards the front of the printer. When you push the print head towards the back it drops back down. It's getting caught on the lower edge of the bearing. I've dropped the stepper out twice now, tried tightening and loosen the belts but nothing has made a difference. Is there something inside that assembly that I can't see causing it? You can see when you have the print head towards the front if you look at the belts in the very back get closer to each other going from right to left. But I can't figure out why it's riding up all of a sudden. Thanks...

Can't equalize belt tension

I have such graph currently, if I try to tighten lower belt, my gantry moves out of square(when I move x gantry to the front, it does not reach idlers on both side) and first peak of lower belt becomes higher.

Extruder Heater not Heating at Expected Rate

I've gotten this error message 3 times in a row and I've noticed the temperature on the extruder seems to be struggling to remain consistent then often will plummet when it starts the prime blob. The furthest it got was about a minute into the first layer on the first of the 3. It started after a successful petg print that I tried to start again. I checked and the thermistor and heater cartridge are still in place tightly. I haven't made any major changes....

Is my rail eating itself?

Just got around to lubricating my rails, left hand rail for the front and back axis (can't remember if x or y) has a bunch of sparkly metallic material, but it doesn't bind in motion...

Belt grabber/adjuster broke. Replaced the adjuster but I have a new noise now.

So while printing, I noticed a layer shift so I stopped printing and inspected. It turns out the belt slipped out the adjuster. I removed the adjuster but in the process of putting the belt back in, I broke it. I printed a new one on my other printer but now after retensioning the belts, I'm getting a noise coming from the gantry. It sounds like the teeth of the belt are hitting something but I can't see what. I've tried loosening the belts but the noise is still there....

Clogged Nozzel?

My print failed overnight and it looks like my mosquito hotend is trashed. I'm not sure what happened, from the pictures it looks like the material started flowing from som other location on the hotend. Any suggestions on how to save my mosquito hotend? The material was Polymaker Nylon-GF....

Y-Rails not tightening.

400 with enclosure. I am trying to attach my Y rails using the included M3x12 and 3030 Drop-in T-Nuts - M3. After tightening all the bolts, the rail still wiggles. I can tighten 5-6 of them and still slide the rail back and forth. ...

Z Offset not saving

Not quite sure why, but the past couple prints my z offset resets itself and i have to manualy adjust it while printing. I configured it with the command and it was good. i even looked into the printer.cfg and it was safed but after i started printing my first layer was really squished. the piece of paper was barely touching the hot end when i configured it.

first layer issues - too high & too low issue over print area

I got issues with the first layer being too high & too low in different areas of the bed. Mesh seems to be alright, however looking at the prints it looks like there's no adjustment done on z while printing. Is there any setting in klipper (probably superslicer) which would disable the adjustment? So far I upgraded to RatOS 2.0, tried with adaptive levelling and increased number of mesh points, but still keep getting the same results on first layers. Any ideas?...

V-Minion Y Axis

Greetings. Ive had my v-minion for quite some time and has worked flawlessly. I was printing earlier and the y axis jumped and the stepper motor started "grinding" like the stepper driver went bad or the wire was broke etc. I switched drivers with X axis, X worked fine, no problem, Y axis still "grinding" not moving. switched cables, same thing Y motor still "grinding". Likely Broken Mainboard

I was installing a webcam while the printer was plugged in, which I didn't figure would be an issue. However, I dropped the USB connector and it touched my Octopus 1.1 and made a loud noise and a flash, and a bit of smoke. I am assuming the Mainboard is dead, as it gets stuck on "startup", and meanwhile the bed hotend get hot and the part cooling fan spins....

Leadscrews ratrig 3.1 kit 500³

I recently got my ratrig kit, it arrived with a scarred bed on the underside (luckly) and with bent leadscrews straight from ratrig, one of them is bent in all different directions but just a little so its fine, but the rest of them is extremly bent and i would say unusable.... they were packed tightly in the 3030 extrusions i carefully slid them out and unpacked, then checked for the straightnes using the rolling on a flat surface technique. How can ratrig send such bent leadscrews?! Should i contact support right away? Is it even worth it? They might send a replacement but badly packaged and it might get bent again during shipping. What should i do?...
