Mesh waves
Enclosed V-Core 500. Just finished doing some corner adjustments and then loosening and retightening x-gantry bolts, which brought the variance down from ~1.0 to ~0.3. However, now a strange wave pattern is showing up on the X axis, and I'm wondering what could be causing it.

Z- TILT doesnt work correctly
I have a very weird problem with my heightmap. I seem top have a relatively flat bed with minor bending in the y-axis. The problem im facing is that the whole bed seems to be tilted to the back of the printer.
How should i fix this issue?...

VC400 bow in heightmap
Attached is the current heightmap of my V-Core 3.1 400 (Enclosure 2.0) - I've invested around 3-4h of adjusting the extrusions.
I've watched the video for finetuning the frame (https://docs.ratrig.com/commissioning-guides/v-core-3-1#build-plate-preparation) and did so accordingly.
As far as I can see, the bed is bent down, which points to a bow in the gantry - so I readjusted the linear rails on x-axis and for good measure on y-axis, too. They are tightened at around 1Nm max to avoid bending the extrusion. But to no avail -.-
Anyone got another idea?

new rat rig 3.1 build bed is definitely not flat any ideas
I’m doing a cold bed mesh to check how flat the new bed on the new printer is I usually get mandala rose work beds but this one came with the kit so I am trying it out is this normal for a new bed from rat rig on a cold check using beacon

VC3.1 300 - what to adjust?
Do I understand correctly:
* I have to push front vertical extrusions (A and B) down
* Probably loosen and reattach X rail again to remove the bow?...

V500 Meshing after heating pad stuck on.
Hey guys i happened to put the heat pad on before Meshing as there was no indication to do otherwise. Could that be interfering with my mesh map? I have adjusted rhe rails, even the rear extrusions and getting it close to 0.2 or even 0.3 has been a chore. This is where I currently am.

Bad probe location bias
So I have been fighting this issue for weeks now. Basically my mesh suggests that my bed has a sinkhole right in the middle when in actuality it is the probe thats giving me a different z offset depending on x/y coordinates.
I already re- squared the hole printer - it was not too far off but i got it spot on now but nothing really changed.
My z offset ranges between .1 to .3 mm.
What should i try next after changing belt tension, trying x twist compensation and buying a genuine superpinda probe?...

VC500 Enclosed Mesh
New build, first mesh. I'm going to be adjusting the frame, could use some general suggestions.
From the video on getting a good bed mesh, I think I want to push corner B up slightly? Does that seem right?
Thanks all!...

New Plate is not flat
So I just got a new plate to replace one that is warped, and it has a wave from one side to the other with a range of .443 to .446. I have not added the heated pad or the magnetic pad so it's just bare metal. I was getting .255 with my warped bed and by adding a bit of aluminum tape I got it corrected to .205. Is that normal for a new plate?

still not a good result after the conversion
I completely disassembled my V-Core and realigned the frame, converted the gantry to dual rail and gave the v-core height-adjustable feet (because the floor it's standing on is a bit crooked)
I loosened the screws of the dual rail and the Y rails again and tightened them again, unfortunately there were hardly any changes here either
maybe someone here has a tip on how I could do the mesh better...

Having trouble lowering a gantry corner? Protip: Use heat tape
If you're building a 500 and are dealing with one of the gantry corners not being low enough, but can't move it lower because it's blocked by an electronics panel extrusion, then use heat tape!
Simply place a little bit o heat tape (it'll add ~.4 mm) under the magnetic plate, and voila. The heat tape does a good job transferring heat, and it will raise your bed so you do not need to lower your gantry.
This helped me achieve <.25mm range on my 500.

Z-offset inconsistency
Hi!
I have a problem with the calibration of my buildplate. I have several 3 Ratrig 500 on which I always produce the same part. There are 5 of them on the plate, the first part on the door side is always too far off the plate and the others are ok. If I play on the Z-offset while printing the first part, the others are then too stuck. I print in ABS at 110°C (I leave the plate to heat up for about 30 minutes before printing). I use a ratrig super pinda for mesh calibration. Have you ever encountered this problem? Do you have any ideas on how to solve it? Thanks in advance for your help !...
probde_count dont change!!
Hi! I'm trying to configure my V-Core3 bed mesh and the printer ignores the changes I made in printer.cfg:
[bed_mesh]
probe_count: 24,24

Any ideas on what to fix?
Any guidance would be appreciated. It’s tricky to understand what the areas of the height map are on my printer.

Saddle looking bed mesh
Just upgraded my 3.0 to 3.1 and decided to use a precision square this time.
Bed has been heat soaking at 65 degrees for 30+ minutes
I looked at the video and tried to loosen and re-tighten the x gantry rail as he suggest multiple times, but with no improvement. ...

What should I do about this?
This is a cold mesh of Vcore 400. Range is 0.174. The front seems mostly straight but there's an obvious slant to the two back corners which I have been unable to fix. Even if mesh range is okay this tells me something is wonky about the frame, no?
Edit: Reposted for higher res mesh and better pictures...

Printer not follow bed mesh
Hi guy. My printer doesn’t follow the bed mesh at all.
What I have done is just do the print start normally. (Of course, I did the probe calibrate and have the perfect Z Offset with Paper test)
Then the automatic bed mesh. And Load Bed Mesh Profiles to ensure.
Still. It still print too close to bed

im happyish with it... (is this good enough?)
this is cold bed. i layed everything down as flat as possible and weighed it down for a day with like 10kgs of weights. I 100% forgot to fix frame before laying down bed magnet..... is this good enough ???
