pi doesn’t turn on with gpio pins
Just finished assembling my v-core 4 and the pi when powered by the board doesn’t stay on.
I tried testing the pins on the octopus and they don’t get readings on none of them.
Anyone has a clue on what I might be doing wrong?...

I'm following the RatOS v2.1.0-RC2 wizard and I get to this point. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong because I am following the instructions. Any and all help is much appreciated.
first layer problems
Hello I have a ratrig v4 500.
I haven’t managed the first layer of Perfect yet.
The z offset is not right with every print and if I then set and save it correctly during the print and after the print then also save the config and restart, it is wrong again at the next print. I have already deactivated the beacon real z via contact. I have recalibrated the beacon several times. I performed an x axis twist compensation. The filament also led directly into the extruder without ptfe hose. All screws on the hotend checked again. And also all the other screws and connections, does anyone else have an idea?...
Calibration/Setup Prints and Macro Editing
I'm finally getting my printer set up to actually print and I need some direct help.
The problems I'm having now is first layer calibration. I can't tell if it's the extruder, print settings, z-offset, or what. I would also like to make it not automatically run the bed leveling every time I start a print. Why won't it use the saved calibration profiles?...
Worn belts on VC 3.1 300mm
I've not got too many hours on my VC3 but both my belts are showing wear on one edge. I'm guessing its a pulley out of alignment, but on both belts?
bed temp fluctuation
Not sure if this is an issue or if there is an easy fix but with my Ratrig V-Core 3.1 300 (with the Ratrig supplied bed and heater) the bed temperature fluctuates about a.5 degr C at lower temperatures. Is this normal?
4028 fan setup

Print randomly stops
I was 3 days into a print and went to check on my printer only to find it had stopped. I managed to measure where it left off at, cut my object in slicer and went back at it. A couple hours into the print again I came home to it having stopped and gave me this error again. What's going on and why is it randomly stopping mid print?
TMC 'extruder' reports error: GSTAT: 00000001 reset=1(Reset)
keep getting this issue, happens when printer is both enclosed and not enclosed so I don't think its a extruder temp issue (although when i have had the printer enclosed (55c chamber) the e motor is so hot you can only touch it for a second without burning yourself. unplugged and repluged extruder no difference made, stock VC4 400 hybrid with max ez 48v motion system, tho extruder is stock.

3.1 Suddenly 4028 Loses PWM control
Hello everyone, I have not used my printer in awhile, and Monday when I turn it on I realise my cooling fan has lost PWM control.
I ordered a new replacement fan but at 24Vs and this also had the same issue. No PWM control.
Measuring the PWM wire to ground shows range of between 0-6-12Vs going from 0-50-100% respectively. ...
Solution:
Problem was a shorted MCU, explains the sudden failure after working for 1.5 years.
Replaced the MCU and the fan (just in case the PWM module was damaged) and now everything works fine 👍...
