Filament unloads on RR 2.1 RC making weird "nubs", leading to clogs.

So, this didn't happen (or I don't recall it happening) before 2.1RC. New unload process attempts a filament tip shaping unload (or at least looks like that to my still noob eye). The problem is that I'm not getting a clean unload, and instead I've been getting filament that's got a great tip, but a thinner, weak section that's prone to breakage. Attached is an image of a filament tip with this that I clipped off....

"No beacon model loaded" error (V4 400 Hybrid)

switched to 48v with the octopus max ez and ever since i did, when the printer trys to home, it errors after the y and x home, with the error "no beacon model loaded". I used the configurator to change the mainboard. was working perfectly before i switched mainboard

hotend keeps clogging in the heatsink

I have a blue hf rapido and orbiter 2, It starts laying down layers beautifully, then about 3 to 4th layer I can hear it clicking and it's clogged in the blue heat sink, I can't figure it out. So was going to try another hotend I have that's new rapido uhf black. But when editing the cfg for the thermistor none of them work klipper keeps giving me a red error msg. So I don't know what to set it to to test it out. Everything is set to default settings in ratos 2.1 when I do the set up. I think the blue is a bad hot end ....

idk what to do

Been a few months since I've printed. Machine had updates. Didn't update right away, did a little print. Then decided to do the updates. After that, it had more. Do those. Reboot to this.

Rattling sound when printer does small moves.

So my printes sounds like shit when it prints small stuff kinda fast. Using ratos and prusaslicer. Have yet to find something loose. So if anyone know where to look and what to rethightn please let me know. Adding a video so you can hear it....

RatRig V-Core 500 'Blew Up'

Went to load filament for the first time and there was a huge pop sound followed by smoke. Upon investigation its the fuse blown. Are all the other components dead as well? How should I proceed? (Give me laugh emojis)

TMC ‘stepper_z reports error

Hello. I’ve gotten this error twice now. Any idea how to prevent it. Printer works after firmware restart but I lose a big print.

rear lead screw dropping

Hi i have just gone to do my very first print and after my last filament calibration the rear z screw dropped the back of the bed to 30° lower now when i wind it up manually it just drops back down again and it keeps doing it any ideas

Sorry I’m new to ratrig and klipper. I adjusted manual z offset, but can’t get anything to print, too close. Am I supposed to leave the manual adjustment alone and just rely on the probe ? ...

Z Offset not saving?

Hey guys im having an issue everytime I set my z offset to lets say -0,135 right and his save config and restart it doesnt seem to want to save the setting where Do i find the z offset within the cfg file on the machine tab and how do i make the thing save it for the next print

motor noise

Was working fine this morning, went to start another text print and then this noise happened when trying to home. I can easily turn the screw by hand, feels exactly like the other two. Checked the pins and reading 2.2ohms between the two pins from each coil, so I can at least confirm the wire is good, stepper probably fine too....

I'm stuck at MCU Protocol error

I'm stuck at "MCU Protocol error" When the Pi comes up it goes to Klipper. I can't find how to get to just the Pi to run the commands there. Sorry, not a Pi person and this is driving me crazy....

Can't set Z Offset

Hi all. So whenever I start a print, the printer does its thing. Probes the bed, z-tilt, heats up the bed and nozzle... yada, yada, yada. Then it prints the blob and as it goes to put down the first layer, it says the Z Offset is 0.56 positive. Problem is it is way too high. I have to manually babystep to -0,544. Then, while still printing at the correct height, I run SAVE_Z_OFFSET. Now at this point I have tried 3 different ways. 1 - I run that during the print at the right height, wait for the print to finish, then SAVE_CONFIG and reboot the machine. 2 - I run the SAVE_Z_OFFSET, while the print is still running, I run the SAVE_CONFIG effectively stopping the print, and then reboot. And 3 - I set the offset while printing, let the entire print finish, then do the SAVE_Z_OFFSET followed by the SAVE_CONFIG and then the reboot. Any of these 3 ways, after the reboot, when I start the print and as soon as it starts to print after the blob, it is back to the same 0.56 and again I need to babystep. What am I missing? ...

Print cooling fan isn't working

I followed this instruction: https://os.ratrig.com/docs/guides/4028, but i can't get fan work ,it spins and not turning off, when i connect PWM wire, print fan LED turns greenish, but not bright as controller fans LED, when i run M106 it activates 24V output in toolboard. I dont know where is problem. when i plug in PWM cable in controller fan pin it turns off.
