no trigger on probe after full movement
I need some help, while is doing bed leveling before start printing the probe goes out of the bed and it says no trigger on probe after full movement, any idea how to fix that? Its a vminion

4028 Fan weirdness
#fix-my-printer
Bit of strangeness around my Delta FFB0412UHN 4-pin 12V 4028 fan. Its hooked up as documented here: https://os.ratrig.com/docs/guides/4028 It mostly works. 0% fan is off, 100% is jet engine. So far so good. But there are some strange things
1) It doesn't seem to come on until the percentage is about 7%.

Loud rail sounds
I recently installed the toro tube and regreased my rail, their smooth, but as soon as i install the x-gantry the y axis rails are extremely loud and sound like the balls are crunching
controller fan not shutting down
My controller fan is not stopping after the time specified, 120 sec, The only way to stop the fan is to reset the firmware or restart the printer. I have a 2nd controller fan that I've set the overrides on and it continues to run after 120sec as well. It is triggered by the activation of the X stepper motor...although what is the X stepper on a corexy? Any suggestions on what to change/look for to get the fans to shut down after 120sec of no movement? Hmmm, what starts the timer for fan shutdow...
issue with deploying probe
Hi,
The printer is making beautiful prints and I'm happy with it. But sometimes if my toolhead is on 400x 400y and I run the probe deploye ( Euclid ) the motors seems to fail steps. Here is a video for demonstrating the issue. I'm running at 4500mm/s...
my aluminum extrusion doesn’t match!
I am currently building my frame of the Ratrig v3.1 500mm and the aluminum matches up on one side but not the other. I am sure that I used the right lengths of extrusion. I am on step 18. Any fixes?

V-core 3 still probes full bed after enabling adaptive meshing
I’ve enabled adaptive meshing in printer.cfg and added the start print macro in the slicer (and confirmed that it makes it into the gcode with proper bounding box values), but the printer always probes the entire bed. Did I miss a setting somewhere?

VCore 3.1 - Weird motor issue on mesh leveling (video attached)
Hello everyone. I've been having a weird issue on probing ever since I upgraded my firmware (not sure if it's related). When the sequence finishes the first row probing, the motors make this struggling sound and lose their position. Same thing happens when the second row finishes. I am attaching a video for your reference. I disabled mesh leveling and I get a similar issue when the toolhead goes to the 'primeblob' position. Tried moving the toolhead with gcode commands and was unable to recreat...
homing x axis homes y axis and visa versa
I just got my vcore 3.1 500 assembled and tried to home...ran into a bunch of problems, motors moving in the opposite direction than expected, that was easy to sort out. Where I'm at now is homing x axis moves the y axis and of course it fails because the x endstop is never triggered and this is true for y homing as well. I double checked the belt routing and it is consistent with the Dozuki build guide, https://ratrig.dozuki.com/Guide/05.+CoreXY+Motor+Assemblies/138?lang=en, double checked to...
Move exceeds maximum extrusion
Today i did skew correction for XY XZ YZ and after i saved it and started printing i always get this error Move exceeds maximum extrusion (2.670mm^2 vs 0.640mm^2). Before i had it just for XY and it was working without issues.
i just don't get it how can skew profile affect this lol, when i turn off the skew profile everything works again..... I haven't changed anything else in the cfg and the printer was printing without issues. So any idea what is going on?...

Skew Correction Issue
I got two parts that are the same. one is cnc machined and the other 3d printed. The 3d Printed one doesn't align with the cnc one. I suspect a skew issue I tried to set it up in RatOs, but it only improves a bit. Am i supposed to do it multiple times ? I did the Klipper method. If that helps. Or could it also be something else ike speed, acce settings or belt tension?
4028 Controller Fan running at 100% after Homing
Hello,
my Controller Fan is running at 100% after Homing, any ideas how i can fix that?...
moving one axis
new build here. My first core xy. I haven't done the electronics yet but I did finish the mechanics. After tightening the belts I noticed that when I move the gantry in the x direction with my hand, both the x and y motors turn. Similarly when i manually move in the y drection, both belts turn.. Is this expected?.or did I mess something up?
v-minion x axis grinding/slipping
Hey everyone. I recently purchased the V-minion on the pre Black Friday special and have been enjoying using the printer till today. Today when I wanted to start printing something, during the bed mesh I noticed that the belt had slipped and the toolhead was bashing against the stop end. Easy fix right? Tighten the belts. So I did and it didn’t help. I’ve now removed the motor on the x axis to check that the pulley was secure, taken the toolhead off of the linear rail block to check the block an...
Nozzle keeps hitting the print mostly infill and supports.
Z offset but it can be better. this cant also be the issue.
Flowrate first i upped it now i downed it to 0.92 or 92 percent... but its still hitting the print.

Retries aborting: Probed points range is increasing.
Getting the message "Retries aborting: Probed points range is increasing." more often these days.. is this a mesh issue?
If it somehow manages to proceed, it's generally on the 7th z probe try.. Tolerance is 0.02.. any way to slightly increase this number?
Thanks....

Lost communication with MCU 'toolboard' mit print
Hello,
Since yesterday I am getting two different errors that are preventing me from printing anything.
At first, I randomly got the error "tmc 'extruder' reports error gstat 0000001" during prints, which after having a look at some forums, seems to be related to bad wiring between the extruder and driver. I double checked all the connections and couldn't find any issue with the wiring. I then updated all components via the machine tab. Now I am getting the error "lost communication with mcu 'toolboard' " randomly during a print. However homing works just fine.
I am using a Raspbi3B+ with Octopus and EBB BTT36 V1.2. The BTT36 is connected over a USBC PowerLine Cable from Anker. Power is routed separately with 1mm² twisted cables....
Communication timeout during homing
So getting this awful annoying fault quite regular atm.
Faults on probing Z with Beacon. Happens 1 in every 2 Z probes. Supper annoying. The beacon seems to be working fine I can get it to z tilt and mesh but then the next job there is 50/50 itl throw this .
Changed to running direct 5v to the Pi with the 4 gpio pins, 15a available.
Tried unplugging the nozzle cam and got no difference.

extreme noise at 85-105mm/s
Vcore 400. extremely noisy at 85-105mm/s default manual movements. No issues at lower or higher speeds. Gets worse with more belt tension, nearly gone with next to no tension. Also goes away at slower speeds.
What I did so far:
Reassembled the toolhead, retightened all the screws: reduced the noise a bit as some screws were loose....
