extreme noise at 85-105mm/s
Vcore 400. extremely noisy at 85-105mm/s default manual movements. No issues at lower or higher speeds. Gets worse with more belt tension, nearly gone with next to no tension. Also goes away at slower speeds.
What I did so far:
Reassembled the toolhead, retightened all the screws: reduced the noise a bit as some screws were loose....
Calibrate via Heightmap calibrate issue
Hi, I´m running into a strange issue....

manta m8p poblem speed
hi everyone.., today I transformed the x y steppers into 48v and put an m8p manta but when I homing for example X, I see the gantry move slightly in Y…. how is it possible? first with the octopus and 24v I don't think it did it... then if I did a speed test first at 24v before it went into error I reached 17000 acceleration and 700 speed... now at 600 speed it gives an error even at 5000 acceleration… then I tried a gcode from the speedy benchy that I used in 24v, and now after a while the mcu g...

Extruder error on V minion

Extruder Temp Of the charts
I have a new hotend from BTT , and there is no preconfigured file for it.
The extruder temperture senor is off the charts.
I get the error "MCU 'mcu' shutdown: ADC out of range" IOF I exclude the sensor_pin it wiil start but I have the temperture at 277°.
I'm using a Btt42 and it connected to the TH0, I tried using ^toolboardPA3" instead of e_sensor_pin but it says it can not find that pin.
In the manual the pin is PA3. ...
Crooked Gantry, Bad IS (Solved)
Hello, I recently upgraded and as part of my diagnosis of some IS issues, I noticed how crooked my gantry is. While I had previously corrected this by tensioning the belt. I have noticed that my belt tension graph did not appear to be changing. I loosened all the fasteners on the y gantry blocks, the belts are slack, but it is still crooked. The left y carriage with its blocks loosened does not mate against the endstop.
My understanding of the guide is that I am to pretension the belt then screw the gantry plate back into place, and this is what I had done. But is this just covering up the issue? The carriages slide smoothly, which suggests to me that the issue is not a misalignment of the rails....

why is this happening on X axis?
The x_dir_pin is correct. It happens once in a while then it stops. I don't know what to troubleshoot.
EndStop when triggered disconects
I have a EBB42 toolhead board I changed my exturder . I sti have to setuo the new exturder and touch, but testing the endstop if i triggere it
I get an error "Lost communication with MCU 'toolboard'".
If i trigger the Y endstop i get no error.
Do I have to reprogram the mcu?...
MCU 'mcu' shutdown: ADC out of range
I recently had to change my hot end assembly on my enclosed V-core 3.1 after about 1000h of it working pretty well. After installing the new hot end I was able to print for another 10h until it crashed with the following message "MCU 'mcu' shutdown: ADC out of range". I found out that the thermistor connector was not properly connected so I changed it to make sure it wouldn't happen again, and now the connection is good but that error remains and I have no clue where it come from.

hello i got a problem that i cant solve..
installed a new aluminium xy gantry yesterday. I am using thes joiners https://www.printables.com/de/model/307508-ratrig-v-core-31-extrusionless-x-gantry-xy-joiner-
But when I tighten the belts, the right side pulls back about 5mm and so the xy axis is no longer straight. please help.
iam on it to uninstall the joiners and install the original that came from ratrig with the update kit.....
Toolhead collision at top of print - v-core 300
I recently changed to the new Rat Rig toolhead and am getting everything dialed in. One strange thing is happening that I can't figure out.
I'm attempted to print a vase model at about 13cm tall. Everything works really well until the very top, at which point the toolhead collides with the print and knocks it over. This has happened a couple of times now.
I'm using the latest Prusa Slicer....

heater heating by itself
I have a vcore 3.1 with a phaetus rapido1 and btt octopus 446, it was working fine until i went to change the nozzle and it now heats up even when set to cooldown, i bought a new heatblock assembly thinking it would solve the issue but it didn't change a thing, what do i do, everything else works in order when the heater is desconected, only when it is connected it starts heating up
No power to the heaters: rough love story with my Octopus board
In previous episodes:
1. I bought a full kit V-core 3.1. (400) and successfully got to the PID tests as per online comissioning guide.
2. Both PID tests failed with "not heating fast enough" errors both on hotend and heat bed.
3. Using hair dryer and independent power sources, I confirmed beyond doubt that both thermistors and heaters work properly.
4. Using multimeter and changing pin assignment, I confirmed that the whole 24V section (PA1-3 & PB10-11) is dead to the world....

Moving servo shuts down octopus 1.1 board
Hi.

Print Bed PRoblems Part2
Hi after I have now unclogged x and y which I did once with a cold and once with a warm printer I have to realize that after 2 cooling cycles overnight it starts to suck again. The cold decompression had only made the whole thing worse. Preventively decompressing with a warm enc had top results with the first print. Now after 2 overnight cooling cycles it starts to go to shit again. So the printer turns out to be more and more a piece of junk for what I do with it. I have insulated the enc and f...

unable to connect to MCU?
Ok.. i'm at a loss as to what happened and why. I have a Rat 500, all metal hotend and I printed 2 or 3 things yesterday, including mount for the BTT SFS V2.0. I hooked up the new SFS, plugged it in as shown in the document. All seem's good, the Dashboard showed the sensor and showed it had filament. I decided to check if I had any updates that were needed before starting a print...there were a couple so i applied them and now I can't get the pi to connect to the mcu, but yet, when i go to the http://ratos.local/configure?step=1 and in the upper right hand side and under Moonraker I choose flash all attached MCU's and it goes through and flashes and says successfuly flashed attached 1/1 mcu. I reboot and still the problem is there. Here is what log file is showing. Any help is greatly appreciated
