Hotend heats up at power on
Hello I'm setting up my Vcore 3.1 and when I power on the printer the hotend heats up to 190 degrees. I've been at this for days have tested 2 octopus v1.1 boards with the same results. If anyone could help it would be appreciated.
Move out of range: 20.000 -7.000 2.000 [0.000]
Had to reinstall of Ratos now i have this. Printer is vcore3 500 with beacon probe. all works well will heat home z tilt but when z tilt is complete it comes back to the middle homes z again raises up then come back down like it always has but instead of moving to back middle to park for extruder heat up i get this error now i. I cant see anything that i am missing so wondering if anyone can tell me what i am overlooking. Thanks
Bowden tube friction
Is there some trick to getting my UHF to be able to UHF? I can't seem to print over about 12mm/s flow rate. After lots of testing, its because of friction in the bowden tube.
I have tried using large 3mm ID tube, and using the capricorn tube, all sorts of stuff.
Is there some trick to routing it in a way to make it smooth? Do I need to hang my filimanet on the ceiling and remove the top enclosure panel and let it feed straight down?

Hotend Issues
Hello I'm having an issue where my Rapido hotend is heating up as soon as I switch the power on. I have tested two Octopus V1.1 boards that work fine on other printers. the hotend automatically heats up to 190 when RatOs says it is powered off. Any help would be appreciated.
Problems with an new Build
Hello! Unfortunately I have a few problems with my vcore3.1.
An Octopus Pro 446 with the ebb 42 toolboard is installed.
The setup has worked very well according to the instructions so far. But now when I try to drive any motor I get the message: Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_x' register IFCNT...
Klipper errors after 2nd M600
I am attempting to print a small part with 2 filament/color changes. The part prints the first layer fine. I then have a color change (M600). also works fine. The next two layers are printed (also fine). Then upon M660 the filament change is executed like normal but when I then press Resume, the printer errors. (whereby at the first Resume at the first filament change, I also have pressed Resume and it doesn;t error...))

[solved] Extremely long wait after prime blob
My printer stops at position shown in image when starting a print after prime blob. Hotend temperature is moving up and down 1 degree above or lower than set temperature. I have changed thermistor and I have done PID tuning.

the gates belt sliding down
The belt is sliding down all the time on the left front of the 3dprinter. The belt is tight

A power surge when I turn off my printer.
As the title suggests, I experience a power surge when I turn off my printer. I don't think this is good for my SKR board. Does anyone have any suggestions for a solution?
Nasty hot end collision and now I'm getting this on my bed meshes.
Afternoon, I had a nasty print collision which broke my rapido 2. I have replaced that and done a once over on the printer. Now when I do my mesh bed leveling I get what you see in the picture. I checked with paper and it is actually 1.2mm higher at the back of the bed than the front. I assume the collision was so hard it tweaked my frame? Not sure how to adjust this. Any info or tips very welcome.

Can't set Z offset
Hi! I can't get the z offset "stable". I have to babystep ance correct at any print. Or way too low or way too High! Any advice? Euclid probe on a 300x300
BTT Smart Sensor Pauses after Prime Blob, Doesn't detect during print.
I installed a BTT smart filament sensor V1 (SFS) and when I start a print during the prime blob it goes from "active" to "empty" in mainsail and pauses the print immediately.
Then to be sure, I snipped the filament before it went in and it didn't detect the runout.
I put the macro in the user overides config but I might have missed something somewhere. Appreciate any help. Config included....

Aggressive Vibration on second hand v core 3.1
Hey guys, I just received a v core 3.1 from a friend as a gift fully assembled (i assume by someone else as he isnt the most technically minded) as he didnt want it anymore due to him being unable to figure out how to operate it. After conversing with some nice people in the general chat i was able to get it up and running.
Though after auto homing there is an aggressive vibration when trying to pass a specific point. I will record a video shortly. I have been rapidly thrusted into the world of advanced 3d printing, i am normaly used to modding ender 3´s. I am excited to join your guys exciting community!...
Commissioning: can't do PID, no voltage to SSR/hotend heater. Octopus/Rapido HF/stock bed.
Following the commissioning script, I arrived to PID section. In both cases, hotend and the bed, I am getting the same error:
Heater extruder not heating at expected rate.I checked circuits, redid the wiring (everything by the book) and finally got to checking the voltage. And here is the problem: while executing respective PID_CALIBRATE commands, Octopus doesn't show any voltage at the output connectors. There is no smell, no sign of short circuit, either....
Stepper Motor Direction?
Hello there. I am looking for some help on my X and Y axis of my V-Core 3.1. Here is a video of what is happening when I try to home. I just finished building the printer, so this is right after I turned it on for the first time.
I asked on the Facebook group and they suggested my wiring for the XY stepper motors might be backwards. I have checked the wiring with the RatRig guide and it is correct. I have also gone through belt tensioning and X-Gantry alignment a ton.
With this, someone suggested one of the stepper motors may be moving in the wrong direction. How can I tell this and how can I fix this in RatOS? Thank you for all suggestions and taking the time to read this....
bondtech lgx lite skipps
hey i have a bondtech lgx and it seams to skip on the filament like im pushing it. anyone have any ideas what might be going wrong 😭 it uses the Duet 3 Mini 5+ but im worried the wires are messed up couldn't find definitive way to wire up the motor

V-Minion Y-axis slipping
Howdy,
My V-Minion's Y axis is slipping if I push acceleration anywhere north of 5k mm/s^2. I really don't know what could be causing this. I am using a BTT SKR2 with TMC2209 stepper drivers and the stock V-Minion LDO steppers. I tried putting it on top of a 35lb concrete paver and making sure the steppers were configured for active cooling. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Nozzle is hitting the layers (infill) at full speed. (V-Minion)
I am having weird issue and was wondering what mechanics or software is behind it.
When I am printing long rectangle in diagonal orientation after few layers (approx. 5mm height) nozzle start to hit the layers of infill and after another few layers its that bad that it actually starts to rip of the infill lines (cubic, line, rectilinear were tested).
When i slow down the printer to 75% everything starts to work absolutely great and even the ripped parts are repaired and print is finished without any issue....
