Belt rides on flanges of idlers
My belts move so far up during movement that they ride on the flange of the idler bearings
What causes this and how do I correct it?...
Warm today...
4 hours into a print, this eror stopped the show...Never got this one, 21°C in the room, the Z steppers do not work much, I am not using Z-hop. Funny enough, was kind of expecting actually one of the XY steppers to overheat (running @50V, not cooled) and not the Z steppers...
What do you think, what can I do such that this will not happen? Is there anything to adjust?...
Second short circuit
Hi, i am assembling my first ratrig. I habe checked all the wiring for 10 times and got a short circuit. I thought the first one was because the transformater gave 27v. After that i chagend it to 24 measured everything out and got a new bosrd but i got the secind short circuit.
I attached two pictures of both boards (Bigtreetech Octoprint v1.1) I am not able to find out my problem.
Before i now get the third board and try it again i hope someone can give me advice what i need to check or how i can solve my problem....
fix Non-Square frame post build
I recently got my VCore to a stage where I can start printing and it seems like the frame is not entirely square... i built it on a perfectly flat surface and im fairly certain it was square during building. I since transported it to my home and once I tried my first calibration cube it came out slightly like a paralellogram in the xy axis. I suspekt its due to the gantry extrusions not being perfectly square.
I dont understand how i can fix it as there is no room to play with the extrusions i think? Only one corner isnt square. See photo....
Octopus Pro 446 Giving a Negative Temperature Value
Any idea why the MCU temp on my controller board (Octopus Pro v1.0 446) would be showing a negative temperature value? Everything else on it seems to work flawlessly, and I can workaround this by setting a negative minTemp value-- but this isn't ideal and I'd just much rather have the actual, positive value.
Rapido Heatbreak
I'm not stupid right? The filament doesn't melt until it gets to the heating element. So what's in the middle of this heat break that's keeping the filament from passing through the heatbreak before it even gets to the tube for the heating element? It's not like it's supposed to be melted at that point, so It should pass fine right? It's hard to get a pic, but looking down the heatbreak you can see the small ring where the filament can't pass. Endstop X triggered
Just installed an EBB42 toolboard and the x endstop is always triggered.
I have continuity on both ends of the cable, and there is continuity between white and black wire when not triggered and white and red when triggered also the green light comes on when endstop is activated....
Help with Klipper not connecting after updateh
I Updated the printer after it kept crashing and now Moonraker wont connect with klipper. thanks
