Sanyo 4028 Fan runs at 100%, regardless of what speed I set it to.
Hello, again! Been a while!
I haven't worked on my printer for a bit and just started digging in to it again a few hours ago. I am having a new issue where my fan won't operate at less than 100%. This wasn't an issue before. I've gone over my settings and wiring and I can't find errors so far. I'm uploading my printer.cfg and a picture of the wiring. I'm using a Octopus 1.1. I also tested continuity from one end of the PWM cable to the other and it's not broken....

extruder Problem
When i want to extrude some filament i for this error

Verify heater/suspected thermistor issue
I have been getting intermittent verify heater extruder errors where multiple 5+hr prints can go normally then next print can fail and then next print is fine. Printer is rapido UHF with the silicone sock and the volcano horns. I have run PID tuning at 100% part cooling fan, while other than bridging I have had it at 50%. The klipper log graph shows a drop from 255 to 177 to 133 over 2 data point/less than a minute. I'm assuming its a connection issue with the thermistor since its intermittent and a heater cartridge issue should not cause a temperature drop that quickly. First picture is a close up of the temp drop, second is temp over the entire print showing some other drops. And the third is just after the error, restarting the printer and it holding temp at 100% fan speed. Log file was downloaded right after the failure.
Just wanted to see if it seems like I need to replace the thermisister/core of the Rapido or how to trouble shoot a conection issue....
Parallellogram prints
I posted a while ago about suspecting the printer wasnt all square, and I just can seem to figure out what to do. I just removed the left and right motors to check the x-y gantry squareness, and its as square as can be measured with my engineering square. I loosened the belts and tightened them equally. re-did the alignment of the y-rails, and X-gantry alignment again. After firing up the printer again its still slightly off. RSS faulty?
I think i have a bad RSS. I check it with a multi meter and no current. Although i cannot remember if it has to be running too. The light on it does not turn on and then i turn on the bed it faults klipper. Should i order a new one?
Filament stuck in orbiter 2 after unload macro
I'm having an issue where some of the time I will have trouble loading filament and will have to remove stuck filament in side the orbiter 2. Is there anything I can/should change to try to reduce/prevent if from recurring? Printer is a Vcore 3.1 with orbiter 2 extruder and Rapido UHF.

Belt rides on flanges of idlers
My belts move so far up during movement that they ride on the flange of the idler bearings
What causes this and how do I correct it?...
