I had to change some stepper settings and after changing the appropriate parameters I have this message

TMC 2209 Driver Error
Hey guys, I keep getting an OverTemp warning and eventually error on my stepper drivers. No single driver is reporting this it's been 3 different ones so far. However, I don't even think these drivers are getting very hot. This was the line in Klipper log during shutdown:

Unable to Connect to MCU
John Vee — 02/25/2023 4:14 PM
PLEASE HELP? Still unable to connect to MCU. I've worked thru blacksmithforlife us's FAQ on the subject, and corrected two issues: 1.) removed MCU Power Jumper. 2.) Replaced the "power only" USB cable with brand-new data-type USB-C cable. Also tried disconnecting everything (except power and USB-C) from the Octopus. When I SSH into the Pi from another computer, disconnect the Octopus, run dmesg -w, and plug the USB-C back into the Octopus, the only error message I get is "MCU unable to connect.". Thank you for your

Adequate Frame Torque
Every time so far I have had to move my VCore 3.1 around, I have had its bed alignment get fairly uneven (up to .6mm shifts). After which, I have to do the painstaking process of realigning the back corners through untightening, nudging, and retightening the top front corners to compensate. Is the frame on the 500mm printer just too weakly bound to actually withstand being moved? What level of torque do I reasonably need applied to the bolts that bind the frame extrusions and corner plates toget...
Right Motor idler assembly
Hello! I have taken the right motor assembly apart twice now because the bottom belt in the corner keeps riding up over the idler. I triple checked the stack up and it is correct. The second set of pulleys you can actually see on the front side seems to be totally fine and unaffected. Anyone seen this before and know a fix?
4028 PWM not working
So I wired my Delta 4028 fan as shown in the 4028 guide with red to the top fan pin at 12v, black to PB11 heater pin, and the PWM pin to the FAN0 PA8 pin. I can turn the fan on and off fine, but while on it is always at 100% no matter what I set it to on mainsail. I tried the 25khz and 100hz cycle but neither worked. Is there possibly something wrong with my FAN0 pin or is it possibly something else?

Heating extruder not heating at expected rate
Having this problem now and then. can appear from no where and then not show for a few weeks, then is shows up again. can anyone help me in the right direction where to start trouble shooting? PID is done and saved

Part cooling not turning on when printing
My print cooling fan doesn't turn on during printing. It works fine when printer is idle and responds to power inputs, but never turns on during printing. I have checked the gcode and in superslicer it shows that during the first 4 layers the fan ramps up to 100%... but it never turns on during print. I notice though that no M106 S{} commands are issued in the gcode... so is the problem in the slicer? Has anyone seen something like this before?
V Core 3 CAN communication configuration
Hello! I am new to the discord, but am a big fan of Rat Rig and RatOS. I am currently trying to use the 2.0 beta with CAN communication, however the configuration has been having problems. I am unsure on what needs to be changed/altered within the config file in order to communicate with the toolhead MCU I am currently using.
I tried to use this tutorial but am unsure on the changes to the firmware that are needed to get the Rasp Pi to communicate properly with the EBB board:

I also used this the sample file found on the BigTreeTech GitHub as a template, as recommended in the video tutorial:...
Linear rail and Lead Screw lubrication
I used to use the white grease to lubricate my linear rails and lead screws but the grease started to harden and the motion is not as smooth. Also I noticed that some spot on the linear rails started to rust so I took everything a part to clean and reapply lubrication.
I would like to move to Superlube grease for the lead and linear rails bearing after I coat everything with the superlube oil. While most youtubers recommends using PTFE based oil/grease, Ratrig website advise to avoid additives such as PTFE, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, etc and stick with grease grade EP00 or EP000.
I would like to know if I can go with what I have and finish the build or I will have to wait couple more days to find the recommended grease by RR....

PETG melting between LGX and Mosquito Magnum
Hello, I aluse the provided 24V Hotend fan. Wiring and jumper setting to 24V. Smaller prints are okay but larger ones always fail BECAUSE the PETG filament melts inside the ptfe tube between Bondtech lgx and the mosquito Magnum.
I checked everything but without finding a possible mistake.
Anyone knows this or a possible cause?...
Belts rubbing against idler
The belts on my machine are riding on the bottom of the xy joiner idlers and the idlers near the front of the machine. When i push the x axis manaully, the motion isn't smooth, and instead is a bit jerky. Could this be an issue caused by frame misalignment? I'm also having weird artifacting so could that be a side effect?
Home all won't work
Hi,
I have some odd behaviour on my 3.1-500. If I turn on the printer and start a print the homing will get messed up in a way that eg. Z homing will start at y=0 because I guess Y did not home at all etc.
If I click home x then y (or y then x) then z everything works just fine - start print, everything homes again and the print starts....

Z-Tilt Fails
So I just completed my VCore 3.1 400 build today and was running through all the initial setup steps. Everything has gone well so far until I tried Z-Tilt.
Homing using the endstops works just fine including the BL Touch. However, when attempting a Z-Tilt adjust it fails since it tries to move the print head outside of the build area. The first point executes just fine, the the second point that goes toward the back goes past the bed and runs into the back wall and skips some belt teeth. It does complete a z detection after stopping, and goes on to collect another z detection on the third point without issue. However, then it moves as if it is going to the first point again but proceeds completely past the left side of the bed. It tries to detect the bed, but of course the BL Touch has no bed beneath it now and the print nozzle runs into the bed. At this point the z-tilt adjust fails out.
I can rehome successfully but I tried z-tilt again with the exact same behavior....
my v minion is noise
Hi
I have a v minion that sound like a old anet and is very noise when printing .
What could I do to sort it,it is running the standard RATOS stable version I have made no config changes to the steppers or anything.
Would swapping the motor wires around help like they did on my vcore?.
Thank you...
Klipper won't start.
Please, I need some help. The Octopus PRO Manual, and dozens of on-line images of Octopus PRO wiring make no mention of Jumper J68 (V_BUS/5V). This is my first 3D printer, but I have been building electronics, and writing computer code for about 50 years. I've built a Standard Rat Rig V-Core 3 500. My problem is that Klipper won't start. I have a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ connected to the Octopus via USB-C. There are several LEDs illuminated on the Octopus, including green motor power and a rapidly fla...
