V-Core 3.1 400 with bent X-Gantry?
Hi,
I set up my first self-built printer today. Most of the time I spent on getting a reasonable mesh. After I had no success with changes to the frame and everything looked the same, I temporarily placed paper under the X-Gantry, and it worked... That doesn't look too bad? Now the question arises whether I should replace the X-Gantry or use shims? What do you think? Thanks and regards...

Vcore 3.1 500 IDEX
Think I got my frame square. The range of 0.255 mm is not bad, there is however still a saddle in X-direction.
With advise from the attached YT I have already loosened and retightened lightly the x and y axis screw's and checked the rails for flatness. This makes no difference.
Can this be further improved or is thsi the best I can get?...

Is this the best I can do ?
This is the bed mesh of my vcore 3.1 500 with the bed heated to 60°C. After this mesh I ran the bed mesh a couple of times and the variance was around 0.220. I think this is the best I can do. What do you guys think ?

V3.1 500 Mesh causing inconsistent print
Although i do a bed level and whether i get a fresh mesh each print or load the saved one my print is fine at the fron side of the bed but massively thins out at the rear end (first layer is pretty much see through!) what might be causing this?
Frame Adjustment advice
Hello guys,
After running a bed mesh, I have this problem: deviation is too high. So which position should I change ?
Note that 0,0 is Front Left and the Highest point is Back Left Corner...

bed leveling not working?
The bed leveling seems not to be working properly, as in some places it is too low and in others too high. Should be it compenseited?

V3.1 400 enclosed bed mesh
Hey everyone hope your all doing well!
I am working on my V3.1 400 enclosed printer.
I am having a heck of a time with my first layer and my bed mesh since replacing the left and right X axis joiners due to my first set cracking.
The first mesh looks as if the back two corners are very low and the back center is higher leading me to think something is bowed however the front of the bed looks relatively flat. SEE MESH 1

Bed Tilt/Mesh Clarification
Please help clarify for me.
Once you have done a bed level (I am using my beacon), "A", "B" and "C" are then level. No matter where I home Z on the board, the distance above or below for "A", "B" and "C" relative to "H" should be the same. These 3 points are level according to the probe and auto level.
From this point, I would see if my frame is skewed or bed is warped....

V-Core 3.1 400mm
Anyone know how I can make the mesh better? My printer is enclosed so I can't adjust the corners as the squaring video goes over. Due to the way the side panels must line up with the 3030 extrusions I am sure the printer is square so I am thinking maybe the bed was not the straightest from RR but I dont want to replace it. I tried placing a piece of foil between the magnet and pei sheet but those are too thick and causes a high point. I am open to any suggestions.

V-Core 3.1 400m bed mesh twisted near back of printer
I am running through the commissioning steps and I find that the back fo my bed looks twisted. Is this twist an issue with the frame not being square? or could it be the alignment of gantry/tensioning of the belts? I went through measuring the diagonals of across each side and i have less than 1mm variance over 80mm of distance on every side. I also am having difficulty measuring any difference in alignment so any guidance is great appreciated!

Beacon Out of Range
Hello, I just installed my beacon probe and it seems to work well for homing z and z-tilt, however whenever it tries to do BED_MESH_CALIBRATE, it says that it moved out of range. Not really sure what is causing this. I attached my pritner config too. Thanks for the help.
V-Core 3.1 500mm³ range 2.48
Hello are there any way to improve this mesh even more? there is a big bump in the back where it's supported by the bed arm and it falls down to the sides so my guess is its probably not frame nor rails related.
any tips on how i can improve this?...

VCore 3.1 500 high mesh range
Hey guys,
I'm currently struggeling a lot with my mesh on my Vcore as its pretty far out of range.
I installed the Spannsysteme X-Gantry right from the start.
I already followed the most instrucions given but still got about 0,5mm of range....

move out of range
When i run a bed mesh leveling it errors and it says move out of range: 202.800 17.000 5.000 (0.000)
Its a vminion
Anyone can help me out please?...
Taco, pancake, saddle... mesh
alright. I performed the enclosure 2.0 upgrade and now I've got a mesh that flexes from a Taco to relatively flat, and then to a Saddle as it heats. attached are three meshes, cold. heated 45min-1hr, and heated for 2hrs then loosened the x linear rail, and extrusion attachments and re tightened.
I'm still just barely under .5mm and it makes large full bed prints unlikely to succeed.
my frame is pretty darn square, and the only other advice I saw was loosen the linear rail and re-tighten. I've looked under the built surface and there is nothing pushing it up in front where I have the high spot. ...

400mm 3.1 mesh
definitely not great.... but I haven't even tensioned the belts correctly yet. Just starting the thread now because I know I'll need it.
for the record this has a weird printhead that limits some area of the mesh which might lead me to some annoying troubleshooting....

move by 0.1mm for mesh alignment
attached is my first bed mesh after adjusting tension on a 400 enclosed ( panels not installed yet)
I believe A is back left, D is back right — Please correct me if I have the wrong interpretation of orientation.
B gantry attachment needs to move up 0.08 mm and
C gantry attachment needs to move down 0.16mm...
