401 Unauthorized happens only on my custom domain, works fine with tunnel domain

I’m running my app through Cloudflare Tunnel. When I use the temporary tunnel domain provided by Cloudflare (like *.trycloudflare.com), everything works fine — the API calls return 200 OK. But when I use my own custom domain with the same tunnel setup, the exact same requests fail and return 401 Unauthorized. The server still receives the requests and I can see the headers in the logs, but validation fails only when going through the custom domain....

Cloudflare Edge Congestion/Network Level Issue?

Enterprise Account Status

We had built a custom function so when users add their domains it should push the domain to our Zone custom host names but running into a 400 forbidden error. Can someone upgrade our Zone: backlinkoo.com or account to Enterprise? We signed up for the SaaS and want to do the pay as you go for 100 domain limit+increase 0.10 per domain name, but the API won't authenticate without having Enterprise status....

Cloudflare cipher order does not follow recommendations

I just checked a domain which is running via Cloudflare CDN for security best practices. Unfortunately, the cipher order is wrong because older ciphers come before better ciphers. So, I thought maybe it's because we have not done it in the right way. Cloudflare itself is probably doing it right for their own domain. ...

guys how to tackle with this i got this but the URL doesn't even exists that put this allegation on me now i cant add any domains to y testing apps :craig: and when i reach to there support i see this in mail Your domain has content that has been blocked. Please review the items below that have been blocked as potential Terms of Service violations. Once you have removed the content, or if you believe the block to be in error, you can request that Cloudflare's Trust & Safety team remove the block....

zero trust is stuck at configuring your firewall rules

I have tried almost everything, reinstalling, flushing DNS, I tried using beta version and it worked but as soon as i restarted my PC it went back again, normal WARP is working well but Zero Trust isn't, I have looked everywhere for a solution but it seems like it's a new bug. I hope there is a fix for it, and if anyone facing this issue and found a way to fix it please tell me. I am using version number 2025.7.176.0

(HELP)(#20206461) the associated community account that should have been deleted remains active

Hello. I recently deleted my CloudFlare account (melody027400), but the associated community account that should have been deleted remains active. After consulting via ticket, I was told to submit a ticket to the Trust & Safety team. I emailed them, but there has been no response for two weeks. I no longer have access to the CloudFlare account that was linked. What should I do? I understand the CloudFlare Community isn't the place to ask this kind of question. But this is my only hope left. I'm hoping for a response from the CloudFlare team....

Unable to sign in

Hello, when I try to sign in to the cloudflare dashboard, Google OAuth says something went wrong, and email+pw login stays stuck, I intercepted the login request using Firefox DevTools, and i saw that the Cloudflare "You have been blocked" page shows up instead? I have no idea why and how, and I hope someone can help me since this is quite frustrating. Thanks.

I have this problem with the domain I purchased directly from Cloudflare:

I know I cannot fix the nameservers, Cloudflare has to. However, their system will NOT allow me to put in a ticket. It just makes me go round and round with the AI. I checked the community and they all say Cloudflare has to fix it (which has been confirmed by other sources and the fact the AI says it can't help me). Since their system won't allow me to put in a ticket on it, how can I get their attention? As I am sure anyone reading this can understand, I am starting to HATE Cloudflare and regret doing business with them....

Unable to buy domain error code 1216 The address is not validated yet

Hello, i am not sure if people on Discord can help but i think something is wrong with my account, i cannot seem to purchase a new domain (I have already purchased one prior). Looking at the network tab quickly i can see that the purchase call is returning me error code 1216: Try again later. The address has not been validated yet.
