MangoHud stopped working with latest Flatpak update
With the latest Heroic update (2.15.2 Hotfix #2, Flatpak) games no longer launch if MangoHud is enabled. Heroic reports
Mangohud is enabled, but 'mangohud' executable could not be found on $PATH. I have confirmed I have org.freedesktop.Platform.VulkanLayer.MangoHud installed (branch 24.08), but Heroic doesn't seem to be able to access it at all, while Bottles (on the same 24.08 branch) can.

HI, HoMM III worked fine earlier, though I've had a couple of crashes. But now, after an update it won't launch at all. It says it's launching, but then nothing happens and it goes back to the state where I could try launching it again. Log file attached.

Hi! Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete (GOG) won't launch
So! I bought Homm3 on GOG and I'm trying to play the game, but the game just doesn't starts up. Heroic tries to launch it, but it just never starts. Heroic registers the action and tries to open it because when I click 'Play now' the state of Heroic changes to 'Playing (stop)', but the game doesn't even open a window.

Hogwarts Legacy not launching
After launch a window pops up saying: "Failed to initialize DirectX 12..."
I have tried using the Proton Experimental, latest GE Proton version and the Proton 9.0 beta version. The pop up window shoes up both in gaming mode and desktop mode.
I have attached the log. Hope this helps and someone can help me....
Returnal Will Not Launch
Attempting to launch Returnal from epic game store and I get no errors. Just launching, then nothing. Using GE Proton 9-5
The Suffering Fails to Launch
Hello! I've installed The Suffering from my GOG library that I've synced with Heroic. The game opens to a black or sometimes white screen and then stops responding with the only means of progressing forward being to force quit the app. I am running the Flatpak version of Heroic and I followed the common issues suggestion of reinstalling via the terminal and I got the message "Installation Complete". I am using only defaults, I haven't changed any wine or launcher settings.
Another thing to note; I also tried using the AIO patch from pcgamingwiki.com (linked here: https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/1229-the-suffering-series-aio-patch/) and followed all of its instructions including deleting all dsound files and I created a DLL override in winecfg for the dll dinput8.dll as native, builtin but I have the same issue as before.
I've attached my log file as requested. Please let me know if there is additional information that I forgot to include. Thank you Heroic team!...
Steam Overlay Issue?
So when I add games to heroic and add them to steam, when I launch the games on steam the steam overlay doesn't work. When I tried to add the games directly to steam without heroic the overlay does work. Is this a bug or I have to tinker with the game's launch options on steam to make the overlay work.
Civilization IV - Shadows and Lights constantly flickering
Running Ubuntu 24.04. i7 4710MQ - HD4600 integrated graphics. The game runs fine apart from constant flickering of shadows and lighting. I've tried every runner available and every graphical option and it persists. Any help would be appreciated 🙂
Beyond Good Evil - won't start
Hi, I'm new and just switched from Windows to Linux. I'm using NobaraOS and installed Heroic.
I linked my accounts without any problems.
I downloaded and installed beyond good evil but when I try to launch it I get the following error message:

Hogwarts Legacy Black Screen || Wine - wine-ge-8-26-x86_64
I am running wine-ge-8-26-x86_64 on Linux Mint with Heroic Games Launcher v2.15.2, I am trying to launch Hogwarts Legacy, but when I do my screen turns black for ~1 or less than 1 second, and then the game crashes.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts Keeps crashing on gameplay
The game works fine when starting it up, but when I get to actually play the game (past all the cutscenes), the game crashes. If needed, I can send a screen recording.
how to install GPTK 2.0b3 in Heroic?
GPTK 2.0b3 has been released but I am having trouble getting it working in the Heroic Launcher on mac, I tried downloading it from Apple's website and putting the folder next to the GPTK-latest folder but that didn't work unfortunately.
