Migrating 2fa accounts from Authy to Ente Auth not working

Hi, I was trying to transfer 2fa codes from Authy to Ente Auth using the Method -4 in the migration guide. But when I open mitm.it on safari, it says: "If you can see this, traffic is not passing through mitmproxy" and I'm not getting the certificates to install. I have put the correct ip address of the pc i.e. ipv4 address. How can I make it work?

Device lock problem on iPhone using Touch ID

When I enable "Device lock" in the "App lock" settings on my old iPhone, it then requires TouchID, even though the device also has a PIN set. If for some reason my TouchID doesn't work (like if my hands are grubby), there's no option to switch to PIN to get in. Once "Device lock" is on, it's TouchID or you can't get in at all. Is this by design, or am I missing something?

Broken quickstart script

Hey, just trying to test ente, and running the suggested quickstart.sh script fails. I suspect it’s because the dcvvalue in the script is an empty string, whereas in previous versions it was dcv=”docker compose version --short 2>/dev/null” Should I create a Github issue, or submit a PR, or am I missing something obvious?...

Just paid for this month but apparently I have an invoice from 668 days ago that failed?

How is this possible? Wouldn’t my uploads have been cut off or I been unable to pay for every other month since then?

Black screen desktop app on Debian

App is stuttering

When I do things within Ente like swiping the app stutters a tiny bit. It's hard to notice but once I saw it I couldn't unsee it. Not sure if this is a bug or something to do with my device

Access to other family member's storage

Hey, I have ente, it's so great, I encouraged my wife to move from google. I have plenty of storage in my account, so I shared it with her. Now, the problem is that she forgot her login and key. So, basically I have 100 GB, 40 GB of my photos, 30 GB of hers, and less than 25 GB free. Can I somehow access those 30 GBs or at least delete to free up storage in my account? I prefer access but also realise losing your key is not great....

Delete all streams and regenerate... Possible?

Hi so apparently some generated streams were not found on my s3 bucket for whatever reason. Any way to force discard everything and regenerate again? Willing to manually open database if necessary

Best way to share 50K photos

I have a large archive of historical family photos that I want to share with other family users thru Ente. What is the easiest and best way to do this? Currently, I share the account credentials, but I'd rather everyone could just see them in their own account.
I am on the 1TB paid plan....

Issue during photos import

I imported more than 20k photos in the last days but today, when defining cluster names, I drag photos unfortunately (and I do not know what and where) and I get a black screen bordered in green, and lots of 404 errors in the log files. I attached screenshots. My question: should I stop the import ? If so (by stopping Ente processes), will Ente be able to import the diff (I launched 1 import of a folder containing 240+ zip from Google photo export). #support...

Old videos not streaming

Hello, Recently I have transferred almost 11,000 photos and videos from my Google photos but recently I got to know that my old videos 12-13 old weren't able to stream. Just let you know that those videos were recorded from a mobile which has less than 2mp quality
