You can submit a claim to unlink the email address of the scammer from the Customer Service section in-game. The email address linked to your account will be removed after your claim has been accepted.

Devices with the minimum hardware requirements of 90Hz display refresh rate, and Snapdragon 865 or Dimensity 1100 central processing unit, can access the 90 FPS option with Smooth graphics. If you cannot access the option despite of your device meeting these requirements, it may be supported in the future instead. You may submit this form to request 90 FPS support on your device.
