bed mesh and first layer issues

I have an vcore 4 idex 500. The bed mesh shows the bed as being warped. I have attempted multiple adjustments, checked and rechecked everything. attached are 2 screenshots of the bed mesh of the last print attempt and the default. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am at an absolute loss. Scratching noise coming from rear motor motor/bearings, V-Core 3.1

So, to troubleshoot this I've: -Replaced bearing stacks -Rebuilt and realigned the entire top of the printer. Like completely removed the whole top, resquared it separate from the printer, and replaced. -Verified spacer shims...

Sensor 'extruder' temperature 45496.282 not in range - Differences in Rapido 2 Hotends?

Hi! I had to replace my VCore 4s Rapido 2 UHF Hotend and now ended up with the error "Sensor 'extruder' temperature 45496.282 not in range 0.000:350.000" This might be down to potential differences in the Rapido 2 Hotends. I bough another UHF, its thermistor looks different tough, its screwed in. The more I am trying to read into it, the more confused I get about what Rapido 2 might be the correct one and if this is my issue in the first place. ...

PrintFarm OS

Hi friends, Now im in process of assembling v-core 4 print farm. ( for now only 8 idex machines v4300, 1x v3.1-500, in future there will be more ) and i would like to ask if there is some kind of operation system that can control all printers info, maybe its included in RatOS somehow. Something like PrusaConnect where i can see info about print session, printer status ETC. It would be great to see real life solutions, ( maybe from RatRig ?? ) ...

MCU 'toolboard_t0' shutdown: ADC out of range

First-time build here, using the parts from the default kit. I've seen other posts about this, and generally it seems that this issue is as a result of thermistor wires being incorrectly wired, incorrectly crimped, loose, etc. Since I did crimp the wires as per the guide, I figured maybe this was the issue, and swapped out my hotend for one from my IDEX upgrade kit with the wires in the box (super long) to make the connection just to see if that helps. It seems the issue still perists. Any other ideas? Does the fan have to be connected to the board in order for the toolhead to speak to the system? I unplugged it for the time being because it runs at 100% speed and sounds like a tornado. Attached are pictures of my toolhead....
Solution:
Correct. Without the jumper you would need a different type of sensor

Can't launch beacon initial calibration

Good evening. I've been several hours trying to fix a problem with beacon and Z-axis. First problem: When I try to homing the printer, it throws this error: Must home axis first: 0.000 0.000 15.000 [100.000] It can be solved using "SET_CENTER_KINEMATIC_POSITION" and the launching "BEACON_RATOS_CALIBRATE" or "BEACON_INITIAL_CALIBRATION". X and Y home perfectly, but when Z is homing, the error it's shown is "no beacon model loaded" and I can't go further this point. I've been searching for a while but any answer helped me. I'm on RatOS 2.1 and everything is up to date. ...

PT1000 & Octopus PRO

Hi there, I'm in the process of configuring Rapido ACE with PT1000 onto Octopus PRO. I have dipswitches configured since that's the only thing that anybody is talking about when PT1000 is configured 🙂 I have a few questions and did not find answers on Octopus GIT, here or searching the web. ...

Controller fan bogus.

Do you guys know how I can find out if my controller fan mosfet is dead? The fan always spins at idle, no matter what I do. Controlling it via enable and pwm or not doesn't change anything. Only the green led lights up. A few minutes ago it worked, but suddenly stopped working again....

Is my board dead?

I have an skr2-429. I'm not seeing anything on dmesg when I plug in the usb cable between the pi and the skr2. I do see usb activity when I plug a usb device into the pi. I've reflashed the firmware for the skr2 but nothing showing up. I'm at a loss?

Nozzle scraping bed during beacon calibration

I'm starting to feel like the problem child... New V4/400 build. Following the commissioning guide ran the "Beacon_Initial_Calibration and saved the config. Homed the toolhead and began the initial bed mesh calibration. As the toolhead made it to the back left of the printer the nozzle starting hitting the edge of the bed leaving a deep scratch.
Is there a step I missed in the initial calibration that I need to redo? Something to be checked on the toolhead? Rerun the initial Beacon cal? TIA...

Beacon Probe initial Calibration

Hey I built my VCore 4 Idex the last Week and i worked myself threw the Comissioning Guide. I am stuck with the initial Beacon Calibration. I typed the Command BEACON_INITIAL_CALIBRATION and X and Y Home normal. But Z moves down away from the nozzle until it hits the Bottom of the machine. While following the RatOS Dokumentation I switched the motor Directions of the Z motors. I think that could be the Problem. Can somebody help me with this Problem?...

why would y axis only move an inch when homing to then say no trigger after full retraction

x axis homes fine but y moves an inch and stops to then say it got no trigger after moving only an inch and not even getting close to sensor
