Confirm my 4028 fan user override is correct in printer.cfg
In the process if trying to troubleshoot why my fan always seems to default to %39 after the second layer can I confirm my printer.cfg is correct. Currently I have ...
"[fan]
pin: !fan_part_cooling_pin
cycle_time: 0.01"...

Nozzle keeps diving into the buildplate
Hey guys, I'm getting a bit desperate now.
My V-Core300 has started by hitting printed parts mid print and most recently it lays the first couple of layers and simply dives into the build plate.
I've done the following since the problem started to try and fix it with no success:...
ADXL problem?
Hi all,
I used the Holidays to upgrade my printer to the 3.1 version. After assembling and first start up tests, I wanted to take care of the belt tensioning. The first 2 or 3 try´s went somewhat good, but now I get some weird feedback from my Klipper.
After a few good runs, suddenly I get:...
mcu unable to connect on v-minion
Happy holidays everyone. After many times trying to fix this by myself I am seeking for help here.
My Minion is still not running because I get errors right after using the script for the minion configuration. Error is
mcu 'mcu': Unable to connect...
Visible pause before lift while probing
Any ideas on what might be the source of this? This started happening after rebuild to enclosure 2.0|openfront. I'm using orangepi3lts, octopus1.1, ebb toolhead via usb. All cables are shielded and have ferrite filters on them
Belt slipping or stepper blocking?
I have a weird problem with my printer. I've had quite the rough ride with the upgrade to vCore 3.1 but managed to get it working. I've printed a bunch of files (PLA) and all seems well in paradise.
However - what happens now is the following. At random moments during a print (or sometimes even during the initial mesh) it sounds like one of the steppers just blocks and the X-Y messes up. It basically shifts a few steps to one side, resulting in failed prints (the center is no longer the center). Sometimes it happens during the mesh but sometimes it happens after printing a bunch of layers.
I've checked the grub screws, looked at belt tension, even double-checked the wiring - but I'm baffled. Anyone have an idea of what might be going on?...
Rat OS Klipper error on compile
Can anyone point me in the right direction to rectify this error?" configparser.Error: Invalid homing_positive_dir / position_endstop in 'stepper_x'"

SuperPinda going bad?
Recently, I've had very inconsistent first layers and during probe moves, I've seen a lot of "probe samples exceed tolerance" with sometimes it failing to print because of this.
Any troubleshooting tips for this?...
Trouble connecting PI to Octopus V1.1.... I think
I think I'm having trouble getting my PI to Connect to my board. I have a ratrig 500 that is my first build and I'm brand new to all this. This is the end of my current moonraker.log Any help or direction would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

Bed size
Ok where should I ask, I took away the # in front of the 400 in print config and put it in front of the 300 and yet the z tilt still acts like its a 300 , what did I not do ?
(SOLVED)SKR PRO 1.2 + BLTOUCH not working
Hi again, I'm trying to make BlTouch to work on my V-Minion under SKR Pro 1.2 board, X and Y work fine, but BlTouch is not starting properly, been reading through Klipper's docs and it seems that I might have to define some pins on printer.cfg file, I don't know how to and don't want to hit my bed again like last night...might have partially bended bltouch sensor...not sure. I'm stuck here... https://www.klipper3d.org/BLTouch.html#initial-tests
Thanks everyone for your help !!!...
V-minion - Bed heater sometimes not working; move bed a bit and it works again (sometimes)
I got the full kit a while ago and have put 430hrs of printing on this thing. I now get 'Heater heater_bed not heating at expected rate'. Observations:
- heater bed is at 100% but the bed doesn't get warm and finally it stops with the error above
- when I wiggle the heater cables a bit while it's still at 100% sometimes heating starts and then the print finishes successfully
- during the print, the bed heater goes to 100% for a short period from time to time, as if the bed cools down due to bad connection. Usually bed heat is around 30% percent....
x and y endstops are always triggered even when not pluged in
I have a octopus 1v1 board and my endstops are always triggered i even bought new endstops but have the same result. I problebly have fried the data pins. Is there a solutions for this problem? Like using a other port?

Printer frontend stops responding
From time to time, the web UI just hangs. I get the message that the page is initializing, and it just sits there. From time to time, after many minutes, it'll load back up. Others, it won't. The printer itself continues to print and nothing else seems to be out of whack. I do however also note that since a couple of weeks ago, it seems the web UI takes a lot longer to load than usual. Attached, the logs. Just happened again not even 20 minutes ago, just before I started writing this post. Hun...

Rapido repair
Hi folks, has anyone successfully repaired a rapido hot end with an intermittent thermistor connectivity issue? Wondering if possible or if it's advised to just replace the whole core.
Thanks!...
VCore3.1 messing up after first layer
Hi,
I got the issue that my Vcore3.1 is messing up (the extruder not being able to push any filament through and therefore clicking) after the first or first two layers.
I got the problem with both .4mm and .6mm nozzles.
Right now I am using a .4mm nozzle with the following settings:

Belt Damage
I've found that the back right lower idler appears to be cutting up the belt: https://youtu.be/gRZUi68yyrU

Nozzle clogs during filament change
Hey folks 👋 I recently swapped my 0.4 nozzle to 0.6 volcano my rapido UHF hot end. Ever since I’ve had occasional issues during filament change; maybe 1 in 3 ends up with a clog in the nozzle. The filament unloads but I can’t feed the new filament through. Using a needle through the nozzle doesn’t unclog it I have to drop the hotend and use a needle in the top, I usually get a ball of filament out on the end of the needle then I’m all good, but doing this mid print is no fun!
The only difference I’ve noticed is when I unload the old filament it comes out fairly clean, so no blob on the end. I’m fairly sure when I get a clean change with no clog the old filament comes out with a small glob on the end.
Any ideas? I unload using the RatOS macro at printing temp (so 250 for my PETG). Thanks 🙏...
Z stepper identification
Simple question, which is the LEFT Z stepper and which is the RIGHT Z stepper? I can't find anything that says the orientation of the viewer (person) that will tell me which is which. Are they left and right as if I'm standing in front of the printer and I'm facing the front of the printer? Or is it the left and right side of the printer as if I'm standing behind the printer facing the back of the printer?
