Cannot add new punycode domains for Greek characters

Hi, in the Greek language, domain names can include accented characters. When registering a Greek domain with such characters, both the accented and unaccented versions are treated as a single entity. Can't add new domain

could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.

Workers for Platforms Not Provisioned After Payment

I’m reaching out because I purchased Workers for Platforms last Saturday, and was billed $25, but the service still hasn’t been activated. Right after completing the purchase, I received an Internal Server Error, and ever since, the dashboard just prompts me to purchase the service again — as if the original transaction never happened. It’s been 4 days now, and I haven’t received any updates. I submitted a support ticket through the support center, but haven’t heard back yet. My ticket number is 01460052. I’d really appreciate it if someone could look into this or help escalate the issue. Let me know if you need any additional info from me....

Not getting verification emails

I have a new account I set up for a client and we aren't getting the verification emails. It looks like when we setup the account, we didn't actually have a mailbox assigned to that email, so Cloudflare likely got a bounceback, which probably put us on some block list. Any suggestions on what we should do. The mailbox exists now, and we have confirmed we can send and receive from it, and nothing is getting caught up in spam.

Payment failed for domain and now domain is unavailable

I was registering a domain. I went to the payment page and tried to the payment. For some reasons the payment failed. Now when I try to go to register the domain again the same domain seems to be taken. Its not a popular name so definitely not taken by anyone else I checked on WHOIS Does anyone know what the cooldown is for the domain registration being blocked for it?...

DNS: Optimise switch time

I have a question regarding DNS. We are going to switch a DNS from one source to another (meaning the content of DNS record). And this switch is extremely important for us. So, the question is do we just change a DNS record or maybe, there is something that we can do to help it propagate faster, improve the process so to say?

Refund Request for Pro Plan Charge Due to Accidental Upgrade

I am writing to request a refund for a payment that was made in connection with a Pro Plan subscription on my account. This charge occurred without my clear consent, and I would like to explain the situation. While I was attempting to add a domain to my Cloudflare account, I deliberately selected the Free Plan option. However, during the process, it appears that the system inadvertently switched to the Pro Plan without my explicit selection. Upon realizing the charge, I immediately canceled and removed the domain from my account. To date, I have not used even a second of the Pro Plan or its related services, as the domain with the Pro Plan subscription was not successfully added to my account....

Observability sharing

Hi, is it possible to shrare Observability queries (or worker/http logs) to somebody outside cloudflare? Or to have cloudflare account that can only access the saved logs/Observability queries? We would like to share some http/worker traffic metrics to our clients without having to push the data elsewhere.

Domain transfer failed and now domain is not visible.

I unlocked my domain, and entered the new registrar IPS tag. I then received an email saying that the transfer had failed. Now the domain is not appearing on my dashboard.

What's the maximum duration of a load balancer proxied connection?

GCP has a maximum 24 hours on load balancer connections, but I cannot find any documentation on what CloudFlare enforces? I need to serve SSE connections that run 24/7 and would like to minimise forced reconnections....

Replacing Cloudfront with Cloudflare

Hey! At my company we heavily rely on AWS services but we are currently considering using some Cloudflare services as well since people are saying a lot of good things about them. As the first step I’m investing how could we leverage Cloudflare as a CDN instead of AWS cloudfront. We usually have Cloudfront in front of API Gateway for our BFF and then we also use Cloudfront in front of an S3 bucket where the frontend code is hosted. KV pairs not updating in UI

I have a weird situation where when I push KV pairs via wrangler, they appear, and I can query them via wrangler, but they aren't appearing in the web UI. Anyone else seen this behavior? I have killed/blown away my KV pair namespaces a few times and re-built them so that's maybe why? So you can see that there is data there...

Has anyone tried to implement any type of headless CMS? Say Contentful, Sanity or Strapi. Any thoughts? I have received an outdated PHP 7.2 Joomla website to migrate and I was thinking to use Cloudflare Pages and Workers which I've been used to it lately... Any recommendations? My old domain is hosted on ionos.com, but I use Google Workspace for email. I just bought a new domain on Cloudflare and I’m planning to host email for that one on Google Workspace as well. Eventually, I want to move all my domains over to Cloudflare. Right now, I want to set it up so that every email sent to my old domain gets forwarded to my new domain.
