Cloudflare 520 error while Origin work fine (Enterprise support case not response yet)

Hi, Anyone had experienced Cloudflare got 520 error (and some client request timeout got 499)? I checked on origin side everything work fine, firewall on origin allowed all of any public ip from cloudflare. Origin side work fine and tell us that cloudflare didn't send request to origin. This problem occur around 1-2mins and I afraid that occur again without any prevention, those request really important to business for us....

SSL Handshake error 525 when i set Full encryption on my site.

Hi. I am doing an update on a website and we are migrating to a new server (windows server). Now on this server i only have WebsitePanel and no access to iis, nor access to uploading acme to create certificate on my own. I am using cloudflares origin certificates. And i have uploaded the generated certificates on my server (pem and key files). The certificate has been generated today. Now here's where it gets interesting. When i access the site (nova.mk) from Windows machine the certificate passes only on Flexible, however Apple products show not secure (even some windows devices do this). When i check the certificate when it works i get that it's been generated on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 5:35:04 PM, that should mean that the origin certificate has not been added. Can anyone help me with this?...

Hi, I have a question about data push and server proximity.

Hello! I'm trying to optimize data delivery. When I push data to my origin server through Cloudflare, I want to understand the path it takes. How does Cloudflare's Anycast network determine the entry point? Is there a tool or command (like dig or curl) I can use to find which Cloudflare data center would be the initial contact point for a request originating from a particular city or region? My goal is to identify the closest server for low-latency applications.

Keep greeting “RuntimeError: memory access out of bounds”

All of a sudden - I am getting this error for my workers function. This is a HonoJS application that just serves as an endpoint and DB connector. I redeployed and it seems better than goes back within an hour. Any ideas?

Northeastern US User Routed to Europe for Free Plan?

Starting around last night, I have noticed laggy loading of pages on my sites CDNed with Cloudflare my ISP (RCN, AS6079) in Boston. A curl to the /cdn-cgi/trace shows colo=MAD which I interpret to be that it is routed to Madrid. Latter I saw the colo field changes to LHR and AMS occasionally. This morning, I have my friend in the Boston metro (another ISP, Crown Castle, AS46887) test the same for me (with my site and another friend's), the trace also shows LHR as the colo field. I also tested with my server in Digital Ocean NYC2 (with IPv6 and IPv4) and LHR is the colo. From my experience, traffic from my ISP is routed to BOS or EWR so the cross-Atlantic routing makes little sense to me. I understand that there is no guarantee for the "optimal routing" but I am still curious if this is intended or is misconfiguration or lingering effect from the route leaking incident yesterday afternoon? Another thing that puzzles me is that MTR to the IP address our domains resolve to shows a perfectly normal path (ISP -> Boston IX -> Cloudflare). Also paid plan (e.g., ChatGPT) and 1.1.1.1 are not laggy and is showing colo=BOS for the trace....

Cloudflare pages - domain related problem

I bought a domain on hostinger. I deployed my site on cloudflare pages. However, I have one problem. My domain works fine when I access it without typing “www”. When I enter the domain with “www” the site does not work. How can I make a redirect on for the domain with www so that it directs me to the domain without “www”? I followed instructions so I changed dns to cloudflare dns...

Unable to connect to Cloudflare Tunnel with WARP client

I have cloudflared running on a Docker container. I have a Zero Trust WARP client running on the host machine. I have added the IP addresses of the Docker network subnets to be excluded in the split tunnel. However, I am still unable to connect to the Cloudflare Tunnel. I know it is the WARP client that is causing the issue because when I turn it off I am able to establish a connection with the Cloudflare Tunnel....

My account was compromised. CF addressed it, but is now holding my domains hostage.

Has anyone else had to pay $200 to get support from Cloudflare? My account was compromised through Private VPN. Cloudflare’s system caught the bad actor and blocked them, but I’ve been left with fraudulent invoices tied to that compromise. I can’t manage my account, and my tickets have gone unanswered. I’ve even had to open multiple, hoping someone would read them. Without paying $200 for “premium” support, what can a customer actually do to get help?...
