log-explorer: EdgeTimeToFirstByteMs

Hi, I'm trying to debug a case where a client has had issues with a few requests; and the request in question where the client reported something wrong with the request the EdgeTimeToFirstByteMs is insanly high: 1752617168804, but both EdgeStartTimestamp and EdgeEndTimestamp are 2025-07-15T22:06:08Z with OriginResponseDurationMs: 67. Looking at more requests, they all have EdgeTimeToFirstByteMs in the 55-year range: 1752617168804, 1752595075556, etc. Even if it was NanoSeconds it would still be in the 30minute range; so I don't think the values are any where near correct. ...

What issue is cause cannot load my website

My cloudflare dns is pointing to my hostinger server ip address but it keep showing ERR_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT when it load to the website. But some devices are able to load the website while some unable, may i know whats the issue causing this error ya. How should i fix this issue

How do I get help if I can't log in?

I get error messages that I have a cloudflare account at my email address. Okay, maybe but I have no memory of creating one. I click Forgot Password, I get nothing. It tells me to contact support. I click support, I get a log in screen. What am I supposed to do here? It's not in my junk or anywhere else. It's not being received....

How do i create a WAF rule to allow file uploads?

i keep getting blocked by "Cloudflare OWASP Core Ruleset configuration" this is not working: (http.request.uri.path contains "cool.com" and http.request.method eq "POST") changing "managed challenge" to "Log" fixes it. but that seems like a bad workaround...

using a cloudflare tunnel in another account

I have a personal account with a cloudflared tunnel configured on a couple of my personal domains. This works great! I also have a company account where I'd like to set up a subdomain for the same tunnel via CNAME. Will this work? Or does the tunnel have to live in the same account as the domain?...

Coudlfare SFU: Can't consume media in lahore region, it's status is in re-routed

Hello cloudflare team, regarding cloudflare SFU, there have been an issue that we have been facing in last couple of day, suddenly the consuming of media stream stopped working in lahore (pakistan) regions while it was working in the rest of the world. We were able to produce the media but we were not able to retrieve it, when we use VPN we were able to retrieve the media as well. When i checked in cloudflarestatus.com, the lahore region was in re-routed status, but even with that doesn't SFU webrtc traffic should keep working and connect me to the other nearest region? Now this issue presisted for a week I think and now it has started working again normally. The strange this is lahore region is still in re-routed status...
