How is 521 vs 522 determined?

From everything I read online including cloudflares own docs on 521 and 522 it seems that both can be achieved by the server being offline/down. If the server is offline/down how is it determined whether it's 521 or 522 then?

Pricing Cloudflare for Saas Custom Hostnames

Hi all, I have a question regarding the pricing voor Cloudflare for SaaS. There is an allowance for 100 included custom hostnames. If I have created 5 custom hostnames and deleted 3, will I have used up 5/100 included hostnames or 3/100 because those domains were deleted?

Putting a domain on my pages.dev site

Soooo I have successfully made and launched my website using pages, which is deployed from a GitHub repository. The website is fully functional, and I am now ready to acquire a custom domain for it My understanding is that I can register the desired domain directly through cloudflare's domain registration? Since Cloudflare is already hosting the site as i understand, I am looking for clarification on the other necessary steps Specifically, after purchasing the domain will it automatically be configured to point to my existing pages site, or are there additional configuration steps I need to doo? I would appreciate help on the complete process to ensure a smooth transition to a custom domain....

Newly added tunnel with routes doesn't propagate to Warp clients

Hi. I've added a new tunnel in Zero Trust, with its own route (IP range). And no matter what I do, clients aren't getting this new route into their Warp clients. I already tried logging out and back in, but nothing seems to help. Tunnel is of course marked as healthy. What am I missing?

Account transfer

I am attempting to assist a company whose domain is registered with Cloudflare by a staff member who used their personal email address and has unfortunately passed away. The company does not know which email address was used to attempt account recovery and also does not have access to the private email. Is there a way in which they can engage with Cloudflare and provide death certificate, company registration documentation etc?

Unable to Add Domain – Zone on Hold

Hi, I’m trying to add my domain to Cloudflare, but I’m getting the following error:

 "The zone name provided is subject to a hold which disallows the creation of this zone. Please contact the owner of the Cloudflare account that manages this domain to have the hold removed."

I own the domain and have full control over it (DNS registrar access, etc.), but I don’t know which Cloudflare account currently has a hold on it. I do not have an Enterprise account....
